I had an issue with the money transfer at their end ,as they couldn't pick it up. The transfer cost me £40 and they have a greed to refund me this money on my next order with them, which is fare.
Ordered x2 kits yesterday and transferred the sum as agreed via money gram,which cost me £40 to do.
I was then told shortly after that there was a problem with the money gram pick up at their end and this was why "we removed MG and WU from payment options,try to wire over the phone."
WTF I was just told I could send the money through MG and it cost me £40 to do it. That is not a good way to treat a repeat customer who has spent thousands with you in the past.
Anybody order from here recently? Pretty inconsistent on the reviews
