Based on how this operation's timeline is going, looks like they're running into continuing capital (money) problems. Probably not an intentional scam, just realllllly bad management and a place you DON'T want to do business with!
Just received my second order from these guys and everything was alright, received 2 days after I sent payment.
one time they took a while to reply to my email like 2 weeks later but this was regarding a question so maybe communication isn’t the best but defo send your package which is good lol

I placed a small order to see if these guys are legit and got processed straight away and I received next day in uk mate
Placed a 4th order with them and it all came within 4 days! I see some people below saying its a scam but I really don't think that's the case. Give it at least 2 weeks before you start to worry! Great site, will be using again!
Don't think they are doing business anymore as I put an order in and paid the same day and they have just ignored me but took my money STAY AWAY FROM UKBESTGEAR and save your money, go somewhere else, you won't believe how pissed I am especially as I just lost my job too
I just placed a order Monday and got a email the next day after donation saying order was being processed like they have always done

I just got the order completed email which usually means it’s been sent. I never get a payment confirmation but I would think the order completed email serves as a confirmation
You must be lucky then as I have heard nothing at all, I paid him on Sunday and sent proof of payment on Sunday aswell but he won't answer my emails the only email I have had is order received on hold pending payment that was when I ordered on Sunday then been ignored all week and no delivery
I have had orders where I only received that email and got my package a week later. I will say communication is not their strong suit but if they accept payment they most definitely will send your order
thanks aldo for getting back to me i hope so just think they are not that bothered about the business they run as it is no way to treat your customers
I would give it 2 weeks before you start to get worried, I have placed a good amount of orders and received every one in a week to 10 days
Ordered on Sunday and paid, I got an email saying on hold till payment confirmed, I emailed to say I paid but no answer to any of my emails, and I was going to use this company alot.
My first 2 orders were OK no problems at all but my last order I've just been ignored

Hello... If you look below you can see that I said I got a reply from you and placed a order.
I have received a couple emails from them, one last week and one yesterday but I think they are just advertisements because I have not emailed them any questions in at least a month or two cause I pretty much gave up on them!
I got a reply so I thought (Fudge It) and placed a order for £172. Wish me luck lol. I'll keep you updated.
