Got my order today a bit later than stated but all good kept me updated saying they had a back log of orders good to see they back again

After much umming and ahhing, having lost money with them an no delivery in the past, I attempted another order. It was slow to arrive, but they responded to emails. It arrived safe and sound today, signed for as agreed, just a little later than anticipated, probably RM and not vendor. Good to have them back!

They're back. After a period of dodgy communication and struggles with delivery. Now a fast responds, excellent product and delivery time. Happy to see they're back on track, reliable and legit.

I've also posted this on the Roidstore discussion thread as I was dealing with Jack through private email as opposed to using either site. Jack suddenly disappeared and I was in contact with StealthM instead trying to sort out a problem with my last order.

Right, I placed an order at the end of April for various items half of which arrived after a month and various emails so I contacted them to say my order was incomplete and they offered to substitute the missing products with something similar. This was the first time I'd ever had an issue with them, up until the start of April my orders were always with me within a week, often the next day. It was only £65 worth of stuff missing and they'd been a great source for me up until then.

I'm guessing this was just before or around the time they had had their issues.

I've been emailing them every couple of weeks since to see what the score is and occasionally getting responses until they sent out the email four weeks ago which I didn't read until recently as it went to my junk folder and got erased. I only got to read it by coming on here and seeing hurza's post a week or so ago so I contacted them again and they assured me that they'd honer their word and send a substitution.

Today it arrived by special delivery so I'm going to use them again in future, the tone of the email responses has changed has been more friendly recently so I'm optimistic that their trying their best to get their shit together.

I know that they had problems with there staff, and sure, during a time all orders did not be honored.
But, I know too that I order for many years from them, and never I had any problem.
Delivery was fast, and products was good.
If something was wrong, or broken, I told it to them, and they did the necessary to solve the problem.
Todays, new owners are managing the website, and I think that I will give them a new chance.
I will post results of this new cooperation.

The full email goes on about staff shortages over the holidays Like its some legit company with staff... As if we are daft or something. Gear stored in a garage and flogged on by a couple of blokes with a pile of jiffy bags and parcel tape.
I’ve ordered from both websites before (with success) and when checking tracking numbers they were posted at the same office.
Last time I ordered earlier last year set alam bells ringing and stayed well away. Good luck to those who have spent a lot of hard earned cash. I never order more than £60 at a time over the space of a month or so and build up my cycle..... just in case

Well, I did actually receive my order. 6 weeks late and after a ton of emails, but when they finally sent it, it was here pretty quick. Didn't get the exact products I'd ordered, but what I got was good enough, perhaps slightly better.

Not saying I would recommend these guys, but at least I eventually got what I paid for. All I can do is hope that the rest of you are as fortunate. I think level-headed persistence was the key in my case, as it seems they are more likely to ignore you if you are angry and abusive etc, but that's just a guess..

I don't understand why scumbag rip-offs like this guy can't be legitimate. There is so much money to be made selling legit gear, and by being honest with your customers. This is my first time being ripped off buying gear online - and it wasn't by a Chinese seller (like everyone expects/fears) - it was by some lowlife Pommy cunt.
