BluewaveI placed an order 16 days ago. Since then I have followed up asking when my goods would be dispatched on several occasions. I have been promised they would be sent twice. On the first occasion I left it a few days and then followed up to be told they had lost my address and order. I was then told a second time that it would be sent the following day, this was 6 days ago. I followed up again and was told they might be sent this coming Monday. I doubt this will happen, at no point have I received a tracking number or communication without chasing them. I am firmly of the belief that this is now a scam site and they do not even have goods for dispatch. I did use the site 8 months ago with success but am led to believe it is now used by someone else. DO NOT part with any money as you will NOT receive any goods.
These guys never failed me. I've ordered from them for years.
