150 EOD totalling 525 per week.
100 everyday is my sweet spot but I can get a little moody on that dose and with little ones around I need to be on my game. 150 EOD is brilliant, no sides yet (early days) and gains are trenny.
Yeah I find that when I run tren on the lower end I feel a lot better
