Just wanted to say that being new to this site and the whole game of getting gear off the net, that having a system where MOD's look after the buyers (as well as they can within reason) is really comforting when thinking of ordering from new sources.

And good to see sources coming in and sorting out the problems and taking criticism well and doing their best to rectify any mistakes.

It is a business after all and if the buyers do not receive what they pay for then it just doesn't work, and after all, this forum is here so that people know what sources are good and which aren't

I'm curious what the sources think is appropiate here. I can understand how they would want to stay out of this completely but I'm interested in what they think is fair. That's if they can be honest, and not biased finacialy. But that might be impossible.

I still believe that we should not get too comfortable or get too caught up in our sense of entitlement around here. What we do here still is what it is and we all still have to remember that. Now the fact that eroids has brought all of these SRC's together in one place already lends itself to accountability but this game has always been a crapshoot.

I can't see anyway for a hard and fast rule because there are 100 legitimate variables for packs to run late and SRC's going dark (and some of those reasons really aren't and shouldn't be open for public display)

Then again we are ALL susceptible to absconders and as much as that sucks it has always been part of the game. But that is the beauty of the accountability of eroids, we can sniff them out but unfortunately NOT without SOME people getting screwed. This is why we have reviews, if there is a trend of "haven't rcvd my pack yet" YET ppl continue to order THEN (IMO) that is on the consumer. There are plenty of reliable SRC's here (which should be motivation enough for SRC's to conduct themselves appropriately) to choose from.

THEN we have trolls, reverse scammers and drum beaters. YES this issue isn't always the SRC, the custees have a roll in this too whether it be a rival SRC playing hardball, someone looking for free gear or just plain ol inexperienced, impatient noobies who just want to "run to Dad".

Now with eroids being (by design) a tool for the consumer of course there comes a time for MODS to step in. If there is a trend setting in quickly YES flame the SRC and shut down the site until the SRC makes good OR he/she is verified as a scammer BUT if it is limited or speculated (and the SRC has aleady built a reputation) then I think the MODS should handle it quietly behind the scenes and let the SRC know that that the situation needs to be rectified or consequences will be met.

I personally think that we absolutely need to put the consumer first. That's what the site is about. There is the unfortunate problem though of the lazy bastards who don't understand the process and if the package is late by a couple of days turn into little bitches. We have all seen it.
I think setting up a three strikes you are out program might be a good solution.
If a source has at least three complaints of incredibly late packages by three different (at the very least) level one members, you pull them off the boards for a probationary period.
Generally if a person has been around and contributed long enough to hit level one, that weeds out a lot of the retards. If three level one's or greater are getting the shaft, then it's probably safe to say that the source is doing a shitty job, and needs to step it up if they want to retain good standing.
This would encourage others also to contribute to a point to where their votes and complaints are shown a little more respect.

Sometimes the sorces get to big for their britches. Or they get to big to fast.... theres a multitude of reasons. Rather than shutting down for a moment to get caught up they think they can keep taking orders and think they will be able to manage. What falls by the wayside is priorities. If their priorities were in place they would simply get caught up. This is where I think the mods need to step in and give them a nudge. I think I speak for all of the eroiders new and old that we appreciate the mods having our back in that way. Ive never delt with the mods myself but I also sometimes think the mods need to be moderated too. From what Ive seen they do get a little carried away. Probably from all the redundant idiots but never the less I hope they are getting evaluated on a regular basis too. Jmho! Thank you for making this a place I enjoy hanging out and learning from. For the most part the mods make it a better place.....

I think the mids sticking up for people who are having trouble getting theri packs is a very good thing... this has happened to me 2 times now , and i dont think without the help of the mods i wouldve gotten my packs.. i think it is what makes eroids special and seperates it from every other site, the customer finally has someone to get their backs!!

Put the money and the choices in the hand of the consumer, and the best buisnesses will prosper.
You CANNOT just take all the customers word that their pack is late and just automatically penalize the source. People will always be claiming late pack in search of free items. Troll attacks by rival sources already happen, and any involvement of eroids staff trying to regulate this market will just be bad for buisness, and bad for customers. NO REGULATION! KISS

Well I personally had goth stick up for me in one of my reviews of a pack that was 2-3 months of dinking around and after four months I finally received my pack. My biggest issue was the supplier commenting on a review that was honest and to the point. Had goth not deflated this sources nuts, I prolly wouldn't have received my pack, as soo many others hadn't. I pm'd the source after the reply to my review and explained to them that this was what this site is about, and for future dealings he should be more buisiness like. I told him how if he replied to every review it wouldn't serve him well and he would have been further ahead handling it like a buisiness. Thanks again goth, your words carried weight and got me my pack. I've seen other sources reviews where guys are docked karma and I don't order from those sources.

Personally I think this site is unique because of the checks and balances that are implemented. The sources here are here because they make more money than if they weren't. I believe people should do what they say they will do and if not take whatever consequences come from breaking your word. That being said there are always circumstances beyond anybody's control. Having someone mediate that who is unbiased towards the source and customer is a good thing. The mods are responsible for eroids reputation not only do they have a right to mediate but also an obligation imho, in order for the site not to become illegitimate as liars out there claim it is. Each case obviously is different some sources are genuine, others turn out to cut and run, and other could just be lackadaisical in fulfilling what their intro promises. It might help to have some clear cut rules established so that sources before joining know what would be required of them. As well as the penalties, this would cut down on the back forth debates between mods & sources because it would be clearly laid out from the beginning. As there are rules that must be followed by members that no one can dispute if they are broke. Without clear cut rules for sources it leaves much room for disputes and excuses. If a source has a genuine reason for delayed deliveries on a large scale then all trading should be suspended until former obligations are completed. Then the avalanche effect of more people complaining will cease as well as the source having time to catch up and focus on paid orders. I personally have sources that I am grateful for and even being somewhat of a "fanboy" I have supported them even when the mods came in to intervene. I did this because they were good to me and it was not my order that was late. So obviously I have a biased and my defense of them was from my personal biased. That is why members should not intervene between sources and mods. I would stay with a source faithfully if they continued to treat me right. If they f@cked me over, I would want reciprocity to hit them hard. Also I believe most people will stay with any source they prefer as long as they don't get screwed even if others do, and that is the difference between members and mods. I finish with saying thanks to BFG, without him I would not have met the sources that have earned to date my trust. Also to the mods who keep this site legit. As well as all of the members who have greatly contributed to my health education.

Why don't you make a large point deduction so they will plumet in the standings!? What would the criteria be more than a certain number of packs? And how late is late? 3 weeks and over what 2-5 packs?

There should be no hesitation to pull all information about the source, if there are people not getting their packs delivered within a week. Why? Think about it, if sources are taking orders and are back up for months or even weeks, then all of a sudden they say the hell with it, i'm done. Do you realize how much money people will be out? For example, bodysynthetics is shipping out around a 100 packs on Monday and then another 100 or so Tuesday and Wednesday, that is 200 packs (not items but packs), so let's assume those 200 orders are all minimum ($250) that is $50,000. So, now a source says fuck it, and fuck everyone, I can't take it anymore and pulls a Chemical Advantage. And the mods knew this source(s), were backed up and they don't do anything, well shame on them. You have to look at how much money is actually involved. There should be no hesitation to pull a source who is a week or more behind orders. FYI, i wasn't ripping on Bodysynthetics just using them as example of how much money is actually involved.

I gotta say my first concern with this is the legallity of "Eroids" and its "Staff" attempting to enforce illegal transactions Domestically and in Foreign countries! That seems like it would make "them" an accomplice and jeopardize this site.
Next is the selectivity of the enforcement. As some have said there are always delays, communication, shipping, inventory issues......
I remember when I got here 51 weeks and 4 days ago, and thinking this is great! I can check out all these sources, compare prices, check what other people are saying about them and just order steroids online! T/A times were "When it gets there, If it gets there!" Now kids, or adults acting like kids are hounding sources daily, I ordered 2 days ago and I didn't get my shit yet this guy is a scammer! Or threatening, to turn over information, gonna do this or that. Try that shit with your local crack dealer and see what happens! T/A has gotten so good, I'm getting Gear from China in 3 days from donation!!!! Then there are other overseas locations with Great Gear I know I will wait 3-6 weeks for! That's if it doesn't get held up in customs for whatever duration. But my point being expectation and delivery don't always mesh. When do you get involved? Do you want to take on the legal aspect of getting "involved"?
