Update..... from my previous post prepayment was great. I have to post because ever since I paid Frank and yes he confirmed over email on the 30th he received my payment he has not responded once. I have not hounded him but have asked 3 times over the weeks for a tracking number he said would be available. I have a fam and for obvious reason wont to know the arrival date. It did update on the site on the 1st or 2nd that My order status turned to shipped. It’s been 3weeks and frank is a ghost. Now today idk if his website is having technical problems but when I try to log in on his site it says “I’ve been locked out”... I’ve been using eroids as a point of reference for gear for about 9years and never one issue. Now I’m not assuming anything here yet but all I can say is that my spidy senses are tingling
I can't comment on shipping and ETAs or the products yet.. I agree frank is great with communication but what isn’t explained is if you order different manufacturers they all come in separate shipments from different warehouses! It might only be domestic cause that’s how I ordered but 3 different manufacturers and I got 3 separate deliveries and one ended up coming international! But I have to say frank is good and the real deal!

That's messed up Frank how your manipulating the situation when you definetly know your in the wrong especially after our last conversation today.
I thought we were friends man.
I need the help from the community, I have known Frank and always been respectfull to him and have known him as I thought of as a Friend and have done 2 orders with him on the past but as soon as I pay for a $2,760 order with insurance and he doesn't deliver.
Ive been to the post office several times and see what I can do and they tell me every time I go that he sent it to the WRONG address! Now it's being held at the post office until the collector resends it.
I tried working with him on the issue with extreme patience over the past 3 months because I didn't want to leave a bad review but at the end says he's not responsible period. I feel like I got scammed big time!
I have proof of the order I paid for and that it's being held and that it's being had at the post office. I will post the pictures asap
So I say we work this out as a community and debate respectfully on the issue because it's wrong that someone as a seller makes a mistake and then the customer has to pay the price.

Your tracking number shows the postal services tried to deliver it in your area. They sent the package back and now we are not able to pick it up and since then we had been emailing back and forward and you didnt sent me any proper solution for that.
We printed the address you sent us and sticked it to your envelope and it came your package was not deliver to the address you had provided. Your order was not seized. Period.
No man you know that's not true! Why are you lying? It wasn't even close to my area! It landed it 1600 miles away and it's in customes at this moment after it went abroud. I did 2 orders with you prior and they arrived to the destination just fine and I didn't change the address! I have proof of everything bud.
I'm the one that kept trying to tell you how we can resolve it and you just said sure "process on order and pay as usuall".
Contact a mod. And this dude is not your friend it's business so move forward as such. That's alot of money and I don't take either side but it seems you need a higher up to help you brother.
