So I am sorry but I’ve got to call you out on the 6% body fat comment. Have you actually been measured at that or just an estimate? If you just look lean with abs your are probably around 12%
Everybody under estimates body fat % as its hard to guess just by looking and it’s crazy how lean you actually have to be to get below 10% even.
It’s extremely hard to walk around healthy at 6% that is near enough competition ready condition lol.
Edit - I hope you can provide a competition ready body picture so I can unreservedly apologise lol

How about creating a Forum topic post all about training and diet for guys 50/60 plus then? There are a lot of guys on here around that age who I am sure would find it useful
