i placed an order on 15th March with prompt payment, didnt get a tracking number and chased up on the 20th and was advised id get a tracking number but never did. you replied on the 23rd to say the item had not been dispatched due to no stock and was being sent out asap but still no tracking number.
since Wednesday 25th ive been working from home and the delivery address has closed permisis (dam COVID) but i have access and have not received a failed delivery not nor the item and have just got back from our local sorting office with nothing there.
It will turn up bud, I received tracking details & even being U.K Domestic it still got disrupted by the current virus situation - Just hang tight :-)
