Just received several packs and everything was good for Roy. Towards the end where he got booted from Eroids his customary service and shipping times were awful but he is really turning it around sometime 2-3 hrs later I have an email back and packs going out day after payment received again

Looks like Roy’s gone for good but I just wanted to say that I received a pack last week that was in transit across the pond since May. 6 months! Pre covid it would have taken 7-10 days. Wrote it off long ago.

When I first saw this post I was concerned about the status of this source because I do a lot of business with Roy. At the time I wrote the first post I had an issue with my recent order and it seemed like my emails were being unanswered. That was not the case his email ended up in my spam folder. (Side note anyone using one of the most common free encrypted email services can’t list name of service but don’t use the app it fucking sucks for reasons like this!) I’ve never lost money and anytime I’ve been unsatisfied with a product it’s been replaced or issue has been fixed. Just placed a small order so I will update again when all items are received and quality can be tested!
Hopefully get back to answering emails soon ?
