I made order 3 months ago paid the money ,money was picked up never received anything try multiple emails no answers not even one what Happened I was an old customer Very Disappointed anybody got any input on this
Been waiting well over a month for a reply from them. Countless emails and no response. I had been a customer for years with them.....probably close to 20 or so orders. Had to find a new source now. Don't buy into the 30-40% discount, they are probably just trying to get as much $$$ as they can at this point. Would LOVE to be proven wrong and MAGICALLY have a little envelope show up at my door.... but i know that is PROBABLY not gonna happen.
Still waiting on my order. Told it was shipped in two parts at the end of May and no contact since or replies to my emails. Pretty ridiculous customer support--its non existent.
I am still waiting on my second part of my order. Was told it shipped in may. Have tried contacting them multiple times to get info and no response. Went through a #1 supplier from here and already recieved but pissed I got swindled from the other. Has anyone had any luck with communication lately?
I ordered June 28 they have not emailed me any info or responded to any of my emails since. Doesn't look like they're move for better service has worked out too well. I'm done with them. Pathetic
So how does this site exactly work? On darknet markets a source like this would have their shop frozen by moderators to protect customers. Does not happen here? I see the admin personnel are very quick to shut down a customer's review for the most minor infraction and deleted for major infractions. So I see the customers are policed, but I honestly am wondering how a source is on this site still when they have been scamming. I have used this site under a few accounts for around 5 years now, but never wondered about this until switching to darknet markets where vendors such as this are penalized for questionable behavior.

Well for one thing multiple accounts which you've now stated you have are against the rules, so here's what happens- if the source starts not sending packages they cannot have their store 'frozen' as that would suggest some kind of collusion between the moderators and the source (therefore bias). They don't have the power to do that (why a system where the source could simply bribe a mod to re-open a store is 'safer' in your view I don't know). They would be removed from ranking after the mods chased them for answers publically, then possibly after investigation labelled a 'scam' and the public warned not to buy from them. They are left so that people can see them labelled as a scam rather than just quietly removed. Do the 'darkweb' sources have to pay a fine (who gets paid for their reinstatement?) or do they just drop off so they can start up under a new name and pay their way back in? Who moderates the moderators on the darkweb? How do you know they operate with 100% integrity? If they can be directly penalised than surely that puts a lot of power into the hands of a select group who you presumably know nothing about but believe they act 100% honestly and fairly when dealing with the buying and selling of illegal products. There's a set of rules here, which I assume you've read. The mods here try to keep within those rules.
As far as I know the above is accurate although hopefully a mod will step in to explain further- I take it you have an issue with this source in particular or you wouldn't have posted about the topic here. If so you are free to give that info (no dates, times, names etc that could lead to trouble for yourself or the source), if not any dealings with this source, than you posting what you have implying this source needs penalising for some infraction will be frowned upon as should then have been a forum question or made directly to a mod. I've always purchased their Stealth Juice products and they're GOOD. However, dealing with and getting a response to questions about my orders has always been BAD. On their website they boast "We improved our customer support and response time". DO NOT BELIEVE THIS!
After having tried 4 times to get a response from ROIDSUPPLIER, I decided and told them I would post a review about their service. This is the 3rd order that I've placed in 5 years with them and there have always been difficulties. Missing product (which they later replaced), lack of communication, and finally NO response to my inquires about my order this time - ZERO! Of course, I did get an email that received my money, but that was almost TWO weeks ago.
After reading posts on this site about ROIDSUPPLIER, I'm feeling scammed at this point. It's time ROIDSUPPLIER step up to the plate to make good on their claim of improved customer support and response time.
Nothing to do with any Holidays, they just suck! After waiting 2 months and still no gear, I ripped them on eroids and suddenly got a response! Was it an apology or an effort to get the problem fixed? No.. They accused me of posting "Shit" on eroids without doing my research! What research?? No product is all the research I need. Finally got my order after nearly 3 months, but no one has to put up with the hassle of trying to deal with these punk asses and then being disrespected on top of it. There are plenty of great suppliers on the source page that will have orders on your doorstep in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend anabolicsfast.it.
Placed an order for 20 sachets of Test E on 12/13/16, payment was picked up on 12/16/16 and I was given an initial ship date of Dec. 27th 2016. After numerous emails sent and no responses whatsoever, I was randomly sent another scheduled ship date email of Jan. 11th 2017. I decided to chalk it up as a loss and ordered from Pharmacom's domestic website.....then on Feb. 6th 2017, I received an email with a tracking number saying that my order was shipped out on Jan. 31st 2017. Still didn't put any stock into the thought that I would receive my order....checked my PO Box today, Feb. 13th 2017 and to my surprise....the sachets were there lol. Can't really write a review since I haven't used the product and probably won't get to until I start my next cycle....not worth the hassle or stress though in my opinion, the lack of communication alone was stressful.
I received a fourth ship date of 2-3-17. this is crazy. has anyone gotten anything since last October to present?

You would think that if the holidays had them jacked up they would at least reply to some emails. To keep their reputatiin from going to shit like it seems to ve doing on here. I am with you and hope they get their shit together right fast. Can't afford to go to another site yet and I my dumb ass sees where other companies reply on here and throw extra gear in peoples orders. Oh well. I am the positive type so will update if any change comes

Orderd with them for the last year no problem I put in another order with them for 1,000 bucks got the email saying it was shipped out and 2 months later still no package will not be ordering from them again.

I orderd tren,armadex, cyp,prop,deca, and I orderd anadrol50 like a week after that order i received the pills so far that's it they kept moving my date on the cyp and deca they moved the date to the week before Christmas so I'm still waiting for that and I'm guessing I'm not gonna get the tren.
It was a hassle to get the test p out of my order last time (6months ago) was hoping to get on here and read some positivity. Assuming this source is not g2g anymore? Used them for the past year or so with no issues. Wish they had a rep on here that could ease my mind. I like there products.
Used them one time in the past. Everything went well. This time I payed. They send me an Email that they will send the goods. 2weeks later when I asked for tracking suddenly they tell me they haven't got the shipping adress. After I send them the shipping adress I didn't get any answer on my mails again. No shipping confirmation, no tracking number, no goods. Feel scammed.

After complaining I got a tracking number this morning. 1st email 10 days after payment was picked up. I will not use them again but I will update if product arrives.
