Their si and review pages are left up so people can report not getting their packs, that way others know not to order. It saves alot of people from ordering and losing their hard earned money. If they were removed as a source and their review and si pages wiped out alot of people would still be ordering because they wouldn't know whats going on.
I wasnt waiting on a pack however ive made 3 orders with them in the past with success. I was wondering if they fixed you up as i received an email from them saying they are sorting things out. Was going to try a small order if they sent yours but i wont until they fix your situation
Yeah I've ordered from them several times throughout the years and had no complaints whatsoever. But if I happen to hear from them or by some miracle I receive a package I'll be sure to let you know.
