Used to give out tracking codes to EU orders, not anymore, so it is harder to know what's going on.
I ordered last time around April 2019, order came in 2-3 weeks after placing it - all was good.
A friend ordered in May, order never came, no note in the mail, nothing.
Just ordered in late August, after specifically asking them, they replied that they're on a 10 day break. It's around 20 or so days after the order was placed, no response regarding order confirmation has been made yet.
I don’t know if this is the appropriate place to ask this but is pedstore still good to go? I believe I ordered from them 2 years or so ago and everything was fine but I just read some bad stuff after making an order and I’m a bit curious if anyone has had recent successes.
The guy left the business for a short time, he's been back for about 1 month I think. I placed an order recently, he responds quickly, and sent me my order within 48 hours. He gave me a little gift that was not planned. The packaging is satisfying and discreet. I made several orders on this site and I always received everything in a very reasonable time.

They lost my order of around 240 euros...they give me a tracking number that works but the package is never arrived in my country, it results yet in the origin country...
I ask for a reship but they don t wanna.

I got the same problem as you. I got my tracking number which works in the origin country (EU) and 22 days after it's still not tracked in the destination country (EU). I ordered a lot of times from many EU countries and I never got this problem. Normally the package is tracked in the destination country 4-5 days after the shipping from the origin country which is still in EU. I just think that they gave me the tracking code of a shipment in another European country, not mine.
WTF are you talking about?? why would we give another tracking number? and even then the tracking number belongs to a package so why is it not delivered? thats on the delivery company not us, you carry on like we hand deliver them to you! You have to get on postal company , and if you want to make accustaion then also post the proof
forgot to mention your order before that came through with no problems?and how did "WE" lose your order?? please explain that, if your gonna claim something like that have some proof, if anybody lost it it will be the postal service, anyway I told you already we do not re ship for : lost/damaged/returned parcels , All we ever can do is post your order and supply the tracking ,THAT IS IT, some of you guys expect us to control the postal service in some way and hand deliver it to your house , does not work that way.
Yes, it is true, I bought from yu 3 times without problems, your products are really good and all the service are good....but this time I lost some money, I don t know how a tracked shipment can be lost..
it happens bro , postal service in any country in the world is not perfect , its part of the game.
you have the tracking you can see its not moved , you can contact the postal service direct and see if they can help you.Sorry I could not be more help
I made an order 2 days ago and paid straight after. Yet to hear back a confirmation that payment has been received and what's happening with my order.

Yeh sorry I forgot about this comment... Indeed I have heard back and received tracking information, I just assumed I would receive an email or something acknowledging payment was received on the same day, was unsure as this is my first order from u guys. was just making sure my order hadn't been skipped.
I submitted my payment 24th August and still nothing. I also sent a couple of email to understand what's going on but nothing, no replies...
