Like you said you dont know his habits, work out etc. What else is he running when you take multiple compounds some times its difficult to tell what's working. Also tho, this person you speak of sounds very familiar, I've gotten several emails from a guy saying a different sources orals were bunk but clearly they weren't.

Anytime someone says their gear isn’t working the first few questions that comes to mind is diet, fluid intake, etc like you mentioned. HOWEVER, I’ve taken enough orals to know that Dbol and Anadrol are the only two steroids you can take that no matter what you do you will gain weight. You can literally do nothing and get bigger, yes it’ll be water and fat but that’s a separate issue. I’m not sure what’s going on but Tuff, I have one of the highest tolerances of anyone you’ll ever meet, and 50mg of your Drol threw me for a loop. 15 lbs in 2 weeks.

Deca per se is actually a “dry” compound, contrary to popular belief. It aromatizes very little. Problem is it’s an androgen receptor hog and will actually “kick out” testosterone that’s bound to AR and overflow receptors, leaving more testosterone to be aromatized, ergo the bloat. Which is why there’s really no reason to run test any higher than TRT dose max with nandrolone. Nandrolone is the workhorse. It has such a higher binding affinity than test that it doesn’t make any sense, biochemically, to run any more than the bare minimum of the latter
I believe you 100%, I’m very sensitive to bloat. Hell propionate bloats me even at a low dose. I’m not crazy enough to run Deca higher than test, I’ve got friends who have and couldn’t get it up. I’ve always run test much higher and never had an issue so it makes sense to keep doing what’s working...unlike the army always changing shit. SMH lol. I’ll never run Deca as high as I use to, now I only use it for my shitty joints.
While I agree it CAN be run fairly dry as long as estrogen is controlled, I experienced on my last run switching from a gram of deca to 700 tren about 3 days of solid pissing. I was pissing so much I thought it might have been prediabetes. Dropped water I didn’t know I had.
Scared me until I realized the cause. I think it was twofold magnified because tren is so dry. I didn’t know that about aldosterone but I figured it had to be something like that.
No doubt. I haven’t seasoned my food in over 2 years, now when I eat something salty I get sick. My water intake is what bloats me, I drink almost 2 gallons a day, like I said I’m just super sensitive. Lol
Yes 50 is plenty. Did 100 mg one day and not needed. I pretty much stay on deca year round. Just do maintenance dose for the joints majority of the time. And 2 times per year I go higher and blast it. Last time I got off deca,I felt like I was 100 years old. Everything hurt lol-bones felt like they were about to snap. I do little Masteron E with deca it helps with the water bloat when I go high on deca dosage. But while on low deca dosage I don’t get water retention. Also go to watch your testosterone dosage. I don’t go high like I used to-only trt dose for me.

There’s also the issue of nandrolone spiking aldosterone secretion, so reducing sodium intake may help with the bloat, either way
