MeinuntergangTell me about your diet and exercise! I do German Volume 10*10 split +30-45 minutes of cardio. I'm insulin resistant, so my diet must be ultra clean to stay lean. Or, else I gain bad weight very quickly. So, simple carbs are only post workout on leg, chest and back days.
Oh, Back to the cycle, I forgot to add Anavar :-)
