I.
Life-time discounts from 5 to 15% - we provide them for competing athletes, militaries, also sometimes in different contests. In this month, by the way, we will provide 3 x even 20% discounts for 3 persons who place biggest orders within the promo currently running.

Loyalty discounts from 5% to 15%. You get them automatically:
5% after 3 orders placed
10% after 6 orders placed
15% after 10 orders placed.

This is valid for now, but soon, in autumn we are going to raise the limits:

Frank posted about those "lost" (actually quarantined as a result of specific US city's CV19 policy and removed from the postal system) packs just a few posts down on this same page.
He already said they treated as lost and are being reshipped (at no extra cost to the customer -- free reship for lost packs).

We want the new tracking numbers for the orders that were shipped. The point your missing is that basicstero said weeks ago that the orders were reshipped and the tracking numbers would be sent out. The problem is they still didn’t send out the tracking numbers. It shouldn’t take this long to recieve tracking numbers. It’s going on 3 weeks now. We don’t even know if he actually redelivered the orders or not. How do we know they are telling the truth?

International order shipped the old way from W2, the same way your re shipped package is being sent, your not going to see a tracking number until it leaves origin country. I am seeing 4 weeks as average time to receive tracking number across various boards.

Your not the only one in this situation. Yes it does take that long to receive tracking numbers now. Your package is being sent through dozens of countries, whom all have their own protocol for packages, post COVID. It’s going to be a while.

Regardless your going to get your package. Everyone who’s February orders got caught in the post office closing, will receive their orders.

Please can you advise when my order is going to ship? My account says it has been sent a week ago but tracking says it is still at the shippers warehouse. I paid for the order quite some time ago now.

based on what you mention here, I assume your order was from W2-Intl.

I will try to clarify some details.

W2 is a middle-point.
Packs are usually not stuck there (like anywhere rare exceptions may occur if there are restrictions but in general I have no knowledge of anything ever being "stuck" at the W2 EU middle-point); it is awaiting arrival there. W2 is not like W1. W1 has stock physically at the W1 location (this is why stock is limited and currently many items are not available). however, W2 does not have stock locally; with W2 the items are shipped to the EU middle-point as needed for orders (for example, all items needed for orders in a week are collected and shipped from the manufacturing facility to the warehouse middle-point).
Then the packs moves from there to the final destination.

This means, you have to add the time it takes from the manufacturer to W2 (that is the waiting time some of you mention) then the typical time from EU Warehouse to final destination (this next step is similar to W1 time-frame).
In my experience W2 takes about 2 weeks longer than W1 on average (sometimes quicker, sometimes a little longer -- postal service varies greatly and no one has control of that)..

You would have to search for some of the posts when Frank (Basicstero’s manager) announced details regarding W2 for more details.
But do not worry, I have never seen a pack stuck in the EU middle-point; if you have tracking, the order is in progress on its path.

For your end of the journey, the pack will come from within the EU (the W2 warehouse/middle-point) for increased success vs customs and restrictions etc. but it must first travel from the production facility to this W2 warehouse.

Most of my own W2 packs take about 2 weeks on the "at shippers warehouse" step (while it is traveling from manufacture facility to the W2 EU middle-point).
Then, about 4 weeks from the W2 EU point to USA.

IF your order was from W1 or US Domestic, then it most likely means the order is packed, shipping label is created, and it is in queue to be handed over to the postal service (which in most cases with W1 and/or US Domestic does not take long).

The delays with W2 may be greater for some, than what I and others have experienced, with all the current issue being endured around the world.
Nonetheless, you can rest assured knowing Basicstero wants customers getting their packs -- the source would not last long if customers pay and did not receive (what would the source make, one big month of income then over); yet, we see this source has been around MANY years with an excellent track-record.
Without a doubt, if your payment has been confirmed, the source will send a pack (And most likely has already done so but it is simply in route).

I hope some of this info may be helpful to understanding the different warehouses and shipping times etc..

You'll b good press. Last order from w2 for me took 8 weeks to state side. It took three weeks to change status on tracker. It will be quicker for you I'm sure. Just not sure how much quicker. Hope all is well just checking in here before bed lol

Hopefully things get back to somewhat normal eventually. Glad I'm stocked up on everything. But basic will deliver. They haven't shorted me once yet. It took some time but patience will be needed I'm sure

Hey guys im new to this forum but today i recieved my phc gear after i think around 30 days buying from int europe.
I dont understand all the complaints and problems here tbh, I placed my order begin april and got it without any problems...
I wanted to write a revieuw for them because im really happy with their service cant say anything about the gear yet because its the first time using phc labs (really dont care for the credit if people think that im not even elligable anyway as i just made this account) i just wanted to thank you basicstero/pharmacom after seeing a lot of bad revieuws they can have some positivity!

Got myself sust 500, bold 500, mast 200 and i even got 2 free blisters from them winny and clen ;p

It's a shame this lack of communication, I did thousands of emails on an order that has been overdue for months (for some reasons I don't want to explain, mine is not an attack on source) and I only received a blocking threat as a response. for spam, but what can I do if they don't answer me? I kept trying to get answers, I need to talk to someone smoothly, if I could dedicate at least the answer to 5 or 6 emails, so to clarify, I have a competition and if it continues like this I will have to use another source to compete on the stage (and I want to use pharmacom). Please help me basicstero

have you read all of the source's announcements, posts, and replies here?
They have communicated very openly about the delayed packs.
Just a few posts down from your own is an update, and others asking about the quarantined packs delays have replies here.
There is also more info on other boards as well.

I think once the source posts the answer to a common inquiry, they do not reply to multiple emails to repeat it because it is here for all to see the answer already (also, it is possible if there were multiple emails in a short time, the spam filter will catch them as spam or attack to slow the system -- there are new precautions in place because of the recent attacks).

Scroll down a bit and just catch up on the last few pages; i think it will likely cover your question.
IF yours is not related to the info already posted, then maybe you do have some unique situation, and as such would need to communicate directly with the source (your inquiry must have appeared to the source to be about these INTL pack delays).

Also, see the source's "news" section on their site (at the start of April there was an announcement about delayed packs -- but, like a said, more recent announcements may be found in posts below and replies to others etc.):

The problem is not the delay, the problem is that after an error in the first and second shipment, my order has not been shipped for almost 2 weeks. I would understand a delay but at least send to speed up. If you add the shipping delay to the site delay I will never get my equipment

I see all these guys on the other side of the pond wearing hats, sweat shorts, shirts and it seems like we still can't get it.

Folks I know everyone is not satisfied and we receive tons of complains. I can not remember a situation like this for all the time, but we also never had this coronavirus thing and collapses caused by it, ever. We do what we can!
All newly placed orders from international warehouse 2 are shipped by an old way now. It takes 30-40 days.
Orders from US domestic warehouse are shipped without delays and arrive really quick.

You mean February order I guess, which had tracking number, but disappeared.

Tracking numbers for older February orders should be uploaded within the coming week. We depend on a third side and can only demand, but it helps not much. Packs from end of March-April with not working tracking numbers will start moving staring from the coming week.

The source already posted an update about the quarantined packs.
To the best of my understanding, they are treating them as lost and sending a free re-ship.

But keep in mind, even before CV19, some intl. packs would take a long time because of the postal system (beyond anyone's control: nothing you, I, or a source can do, or we would).
Now, with CV19 restrictions, MANY things take much longer or have new issues to overcome.

Here is an example of one of my own packs from last year (before CV19 restriction got bad) and you can see it took 57 days including a full month waiting to pass customs:

My order had two packs, and here you can see in the pic linked below one half made it in 30 days but the other pack took about 60 day -- same order. Both pack mailed out at the same time but the postal system took twice as long on one. This is NOT something within ANY source's control.

Obliviously, this business and been around a long time and would not last this long (decade) if it was not sending people their packs. The business makes a living for its owner and works, it is job and source of income / how they live, by having good business -- clearly they have much more at stake than any one order and want/need customers to receive products so more order continue etc. Accusing the source does not make sense -- the source has much more invested and at stake.

Scroll through this forum and you will see the source is always very open and communicates what they know. The issue it seems like you are talking about has already been addressed AND you even said the source has replied to your own private inquiries.

Just because you do not like the reality of the situation does not mean it is not true -- you need to show some intellectual and emotional maturity now and understand the nature of this business.

You either have a FREE reship coming already, or they will be sending you one (just like they have done for many other over the years) if you have explained your pack was lost/seized, and that pack will take time (more time than last year because this year we all endure ridiculous restrictions in many parts of the world).

The tracking info you have is from 2020 and it shows all the steps of tracking if I not mistaken this new shipping way gives us the tracking numbers after it has cleared customs in US rigjt? So once we receive the tracking number it should be like Week or so to we get packing ?

February 4th 2021 I'm still waiting for my order Pharmacom is a rip off don't use this source. I spent over 500$ and got nothing but lies and late email responses

Tim cool your jets my man. Everyone wants their stuff but sometimes things happen. If you have a deadline on when you get your gear make the smart move and order domestic. It’s more expensive but it’ll be there that week.

It sounds like you went international and that can be a crap shoot unfortunately. These days more than ever. They definitely are not a rip off and the fact that you’re posting that indicates a lack or either maturity, experience, or both.
