Anybody in touch with ARL these days?waiting for a tracking on my second order for this month and after a payment issue on their side which caused a delay , Im getting delayed again . Hope the parcel is in the air without me knowing.

Only thing that left me with few question marks was the payment delay on their end, which actually made me look stupid to my "provider" .Im sure ARL will respond only thing that worries me is having no tracking I can lose my parcel fairly easy , thats what you get when you live in a country where everyone scratches their balls all day.

I paid for my order on Apr. 2 and haven’t received it yet. No update on the tracker. Ever. I contacted him about it and he said after six weeks he’ll reship or if I get a seizure letter....not gonna lie though, I thought six weeks was a little too long to have to wait for a reship
The average pack arrives in ten days from when the pack is posted. In some cases the packs coming along take a bit longer, we ve seen over the years that sometimes they get stuck somewhere and end up arriving 4 to 5 weeks, this is rarely the case so we cannot change our TA to this. This April there was a batch that yes some of the packs posted did not arrive in 10 days probably yours is in this batch.
So do we have to wait six weeks from the time WE paid or six weeks from the time YOU shipped? Thanks
No not at all!! You misread the words. I said NORMAL ta is under 2 weeks and I can send you some Tracking numbers in PM which prove this point, but once the pack leaves source, I don't have control over its movement. You guys have to understand that once it is shipped if it slows down ARL have nothing to blame. We don't own the Shipping system it is sent to you. Sometimes very rarely it might take longer then the 2 weeks.

It's strange that it takes so much time. I can just tell from my experience, every single package I ordered from ARL, which where many over the years, reached me.
Most of the times I didn't get a tracker, but package came in 2-3 weeks.
I hope that you will get yours aswell but I am sure ARL will make it right in the end.
I have no doubt about it. They’ve been around a long time. And their gear is really good. My only gripe is they should change their stated delivery time to 30 days. (Which is standard for international) if they’re asking us to wait 6 weeks for re ship. Would would make more sense.
Yes that's a good point. I noticed a great improvement in delivery time though and though the times of long waiting times are over. For example 2 years ago I waited like 8 weeks for a package, but nowadays they arrived in like 2 weeks (EU)
Well, it's not Amazon so we have no choice but to be patient

This customs stuff... my last few stated was in customs for a long time then without updating it was delivered. Ignore it until you get a letter OR It’s been over 30 days...
My package is at a "INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER" who has the worst reviews I've ever seen! Every review someone is complaining how it takes forever to receive their package from there. Or there package gets stolen from the workers or misplaced for weeks. Man I hope mine goes thru there wit no issues.
Mine was only there for 1 day. U have to remember the only time someone leaves a review about a usps facility is to complain so don’t worry it’ll get thru quick it’s very very rare a pack gets stuck there.
