Ordered las week for about 500 to test supplier out. They said once payment cleared it would sent with tracking info for fast delivery. Payment cleared through PayPal Fri ..no response from them and now website and email is down!...guess I will dispute charge on cc ,?...never been burnt before in 15 years! Maybe some fake gear never been burnt though!

faisalmagic2002My third order had some issues but finally they resolved and compensated. Things could be better but delays happen sometimes and the guy was happy to fix my order apologized for delay and compensated so overall i am still happy.
Ordered some stuff. Paid in full.
As there were no updates from vendor for 2 days, emailed and asked for updates.
I was told that they are currently out of stock and offered some no name analogs. Yet stuff I have ordered still showed in their store as in stock.
I have asked for Refund.
Week later still no refund received.

Thanks for the slander but come correct with your facts sir. We only have one refund pending, so it’s not hard to assume who I’m addressing. Refund was confirmed and details we requested were given two days ago (which is a weekend).

Another first time customer of this source here in the same situation as Sami85 unfortunately.
Made order on 21st Aug afternoon and paid same day, also confirming payment on the website.
I wasn't expecting next day delivery as my order was placed in afternoon, but as of today 10 days have passed and as far as I can tell my order hasn't been posted yet(UK).
AP emailed me on 22nd saying my order was leaving shortly, I contacted them back on 24th when it hadn't arrived requesting my tracking code, which still even now hasn't been provided. They replied saying they would repost order & send the code.
I waited till 27th to contact them again as my order still hadn't arrived and they still hadn't provided the code. They replied on 28th, apologised for delay, stated they had been closed for Bank Holiday, I replied asking again for the code to be sent when they had it.
It's now 31st and my order hasn't arrived, AP haven't replied to my latest email sent yesterday, so far. My address was provided from the beginning and I have provided it again twice in my contact with them thus far.
AP apologised after the 7th day of my order being delayed only for it to continue up to now 10 days (with no sign that it was ever actually sent) I followed correct procedure to place the order, no reasonable explanation has been given @anabolic Palace what's going on?
Edit: package posted today and will be delivered Monday, AP have now provided the tracking code. Better late than never, thanks for dealing with this.

We have been a little slow regarding our UK next day orders over the end of August (national holiday didn’t help either!) all customers have been compensated, due to the later than usual arrival of their products, via email and orders tracking numbers are out.

Order made 27th August (after BHW). Paid for well before 2pm on the same day.
Correspondence sent to source, flaky comms regarding delivery.
Notified after pestering via multiple messages on Wednesday 28th that the package will be sent on Thursday 29th for delivery on Friday 30th (today).
No tracking number provided, after asking multiple times to send it and being assured that 1. The tracking info will be given and 2. I will definitely receive the item by Friday. (I am UK based).
I understand that the BHW has just passed by, but it should be communicated at the beginning as I made contact well before I even made the purchase.
Right now, I am out of pocket with nothing to show for. Where is the package?
I did not get my order in time, and have no idea if it has actually been sent out or not as I still don’t have any tracking information.

They have been in contact and due to unforeseen circumstances with a supplier their shipment was delayed. I’ve been promised a tn today and arrival tomorrow which is fantastic. Can’t fault them with how they’ve dealt with it and if all goes well and their product is good I should be ordering again. Thanks AP!
Anyone had any problems with these guys? Decided to give them a go after a recommendation placed a test order which was confirmed after payment and advised shipping would be delayed one day which was fine but it’s been silence since then and they aren’t responding to my emails. I have that horrible feeling I’ve been ripped off..
