Fitnessjunky1987So I made a order with alphamuscle early is year thus was my first order ever ordering online so I wanted to make sure I used the best on here at the time they where number one in the UK and they where the only ppl that had the brand that I wanted so I used them any questions I had they always got back to me the same day once I made the donation to them everything was set I received my tracking and watch and waited now here's when things go down hill because once things made it to the U.S never moved threw customs so after a day I e mailed them like hey it's not moving so they said give it some time and I waited a few more day no movement so one mailed them again they tell me aw that happens all the time give it more time so a week goes by and now I'm like something is wrong now there like we have never seen this before and that if it doesn't move in a few more days they will do a reshipment so never moves so now they tell me you will need to make another donation to get a reshipment and that's the best they can do so at this point I'm like no way ppl this was not a small order not even close my thing is this if I didn't get it the first time why would I go threw and do it again at the end of the day your you where number one on the list that means you shipping should be to no one is gone to pay you to not get there gear ppl if your ordering from the U.S and thinking about using them don't waste your time you may not get your gear and be like me with a notice that you pack has been seized.
I live in the US and have never had a problem with my order other than our Shitty postal service here in the US. Had a few packs held up in customs for a minute, but I assure you not recieving from this source only because your in the US was not the problem. I did a lot of research before I ordered from Alpha, and have spoke with him a few times and he is a stand up dude. Shitty this happened to you and hope you get it worked out, Alpha has some great gear, hope you get to try it bro!
Fitnessjunky1987Yes bro it's very easy to say how good they are when your gear came mines didn't and to make your first ever order and it's over $560 then and not get it is bull shit and I'm not blaming the post office because I have made over 10 orders in the last two months and have not had one problem the problem I have is with AM and them only there packing has to be piss poor and I say that because at the time I order they where number 1 on the ranks now there number 9 so why do you think that happen I'm not the only one this has happen to I'm just one of the first to talk about it. And before you talk about how much of a stand up guy they are no this they came on here made a post talking up about how things are and how they do business and for me to e mail them I did just that they wanted the order number and a pic of the letter that it got seized I did just that and you no what that said we are not gone to reship it and good luck finding someone else yea real stand up guy they come on here make a post like they care and say aw yea where not sending you shit thanks for your money I can't wait to see them out of the top 10
When were they number 1? I've been a member almost a year now and at the time of my first order with AM THEY were not even ranked and that ass only 4-5 months ago. Maybe if you were honest about EVERYTHING he may have felt more inclined to help you! But I'm mot here to fight with anyone over a keyboard, but I do want to let ppl in the US know this is not common.
We asked to see the info/doc from you in order to verify your claim. This order was placed 5 months ago. We diligently tend to all orders sent out therefore your remarks on packaging are unjust. After deliberation, as already stated, will not be reshipping on this occasion. AM

AM's disclaimer clearly quotes no liability on lost or seized orders.
That is one of the terms you agreed to when ordering with AM.
Any re-shipments are therefore down to our discretion.
As already mentioned no source can guarantee 100 % so your attempt to try and slander AM's reputation is also unjust. Regarding your further unjust remarks, AM are relatively new to this forum and therefore have never been 1st nor ever dropped down the ranking system. AM has only climbed higher the leader board due to our continued success of delivering all domestic/EU requests and 95 % of US requests.
Fitnessjunky1987First off the source I use international right now will reship if your pack is seized and it says it right on there page so talk for your self and slander the truth is the truth your sent my gear it got stopped because your packed it poorly if not it would of never got stop so you can stop that hole slander and unjust BS and you where number 1 in the UK when I pick you if you where not I would of never picked you for my first order and if your new to this I can tell cuz all the other source on here that have made any mistakes with any of my order of my friends they fix it all you can do is talk about what you can't do anything and why you won't do anything like I said you won't be around long with the way your running your business anyway I will be happy when you drop those next two ranks so no one will have to see you anymore like I said before anyone from the US plz don't use them there shipping is bullshit I no I lost $560 in gear because of them
As far as AM are concerned, we have honored our end of the agreement by sending your request on time in a high standard of discreet packaging as with all packs sent out. AM's reviews on multiple message boards speak for themselves. Good luck with your new found source.
