I've used pharmacom store for years. LOVE THE PRODUCT and shipping time. There was a mix up with the tracking info on my last order. They are going to reship as per their last email. I can honestly say I've been 100% happy with this company And I have faith they will fix this issue.
And one issue won't stop me from using them again.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and their products.

Has anyone else had issues getting their packs in the US lately? I LOVE Pharmacom- and I’ve used them exclusively for years now- hope to continue for many years to come..
However, my last order (in February?) has been seized by customs 2x in a row so far- and looks like it’s been seized again for a 3rd time according to the tracking info. (I used different addresses/names each time the pack was sent).. I have to say Pharmacom has been good with me regarding communication, and fuck’n Rock Starts regarding their guarantee/re-ships.! I’m just getting concerned due to how many issues I’ve had trying to get my hands on the order. Seems really weird that it’s been sooo tough to get my pack lately. Prior to this, I only had one issue with a pack being seized years ago, and it was resolved as quickly as possible by Pharmacom- the re-ship came through that time without any issue. This just seems strange to me. Any input guys?

Pharmacom- please don’t take offense.. I’m just wondering if anyone else is having the same issues. You guys kick ass- and I truly appreciate everything you do- especially the fact that you guys have stuck to your word/guarantee. Thanks again!

According to tracking info mines cleared. However, the tracking stops there. It’s been a week now stuck there!

This has been happening with a lot of people from different sources. Guys at my gym using different sources all say cleared customs then it gets stuck. Mine has said it for a while now. Won’t give exact date but it’s three in a row. Something is up at the post office. I thing they are being intercepted after they leave customs by their auto track system.

Yep... I received 2 customs letters- had 3 shipments in a row seized though. All different names/addresses. Must be tracking info or shipping info on their end. Hopefully the 4th time is the charm-

Did they clear before u got the letter? Or was status as held. I hear that usually after clearing customs it gets shipped right away. However, it’s clear I’m not trippin here as others have been facing this issue.

I won’t give the actual date but said. Your item cleared United States customs on such and such date and time, and is in transit to next destination.

They have an ATS system at the post office that looks for suspicious packages. Gotta be it. It clears and they send it back.

Are you sure you are referring to orders placed with us or is this about a Pharmacom Labs seller?

As far as shipping goes, in terms of shipping success rate to US this is by far one of the best periods we ever had.

We have 2 International Warehouses with 100% Delivery Rate to US for more than 18 months and our EU locations are also doing great to US with delivery rates of more than 97%, respectively 100% for EU domestic.

Not sure exactly if your last orders were through us and if they were not sure why you didn't go through one of our bulletproof warehouses.

Guys inspect your vials.

I ordered Dragon Pharma masteron 200 from Pharmacomstore and I looked at the vial and there is a bunch of gunk and dirty stuff stuck
to the bottom of the vial on the inside.

Our colleagues received your video and it was forwarded to manufacturer already, not sure why you state on the Review Page that there was no communication.

Most of the times, that "stuff" that can be observed in some vials, especially Deca and masteron, are just results of crystalization which can disappear through heating and the active substance is not altered.

We would recommend for you to send the vial to an authorized laboratory and we will pay in advance for full HPCL and microbiological screening.

Refund / Reship+ bonus compensation is of course the solution if there is something wrong with the product.

This really isn’t your fault at all. It’s Dragons.

I am not mailing vials of steroid anywhere. That ain’t what I do. That’s your expertise. I could do a very simple culture and see if there is any bacteria from the vial also.

I just wanted a new bottle to replace.

The stuff isn’t crystallization of the substance it’s black and dirty looking. I tried heating it up.

And I said I didn’t get good communication because I sent the video of the vial with stuff on the bottom on June 6th and I haven’t gotten a reply and today is the 12th. I emailed twice to ask you guys to acknowledge you received the video and didn’t get any reply.

It’s not a big deal I wanted to just share my experience. Not to bash you, to just share what happened.

Anyone dealing with promo issues? Got in, was told to make order and email the appropriate dept with order number. Done that twice, order got cancelled each time. No communication here, must be swamped with all the summer orders. Please let me know if you faced something similar and let me how I go about it. Thx
