Squats 225 4-6 reps (New PR Today!)
Deads 315 4-6 reps
I have seen continuous progress post cycle it’s just slower with a little more body fat accumulation.
First off thank you all for being so patient with me as I jump the gun like I said I would not when I originally joined the community. Man this life style is addictive and I just want to see more and more results. Some is good, more must be better right. Thank you to all the guys out here looking out for us noobs and offering great advice. So below is the third update to my proposed next cycle starting in July.
Test E 600 MG a Week w/ administration on Monday/Thursday
weeks 1-2 @ 50 mg daily administered 2 hours before workout.
Weeks 5-6 @ 50 mg daily administered 2 hours before workout.
Weeks 7-8 @ 50 mg daily administered 2 hours before workout.
I’ll aim to have my BF Below 15 Percent and follow Makwa’s Cyclic bulking approach in terms of diet.
