Big thing I see is over training you grow out side the gym with rest and food .. I would cut back your 5 days to 4 and drop the cardio burning to many calories at that point . When trying to add mass like you said you are and keep 15 you have no room for cardio in your cycle .. do some walking on your off days Chiat to keep your heart fit but drop the other

Post BF%. Can you post an unidentifiable pic? Can you post a cycle history, too? Are you getting pre cycle BW?

If you're wanting bulk, I wouldn't spend a whole lot time doing cardio, maybe 20 min 1-2 times per week. You're already 6'1" and only 200 lbs, with an unknown body fat. Also, 5000 cal/day, is a huge jump, but definitely not out of the question for you to obtain on a daily basis for 12 weeks. What is your body type? Ecto, Meso, Endo, or a mix? Have you calculated your BMR with and without activity? What's your food choices? FR sent.

I think full rest days are important. I might cut your last workout day at half-time, then use the last half of the day for cardio. Then cardio the next day, then full rest day, then start the week again.
