First off man its great to be back lurkin around my favorite disfunctional family of them all!! I am excited for transexual hooker jokes, perfectly correct politically incorrect understanding and juiced up SOBs out to killit it day in and day out!!#
This will be my fourth cycle, I have been off all gear for just over a year. Had a few injuries that needed to given proper time to heal. Was fourtunate to still be able to lift and train. However the time has come to again start pursuit of getting up 200lbs 12-15% bf. I may not put on 22lbs this cycle and keep it and thats ok.
My goal is to add keep my diet spot on, eat big, lift big and well i used to read pin big lol. I wont be getting to wild with the pin big. Running a nice simple bulk.
