Week 3
First day injection day I took a rest this day, had some important stuff to do, diet is still incheck no matter what
Day 2: Shoulder/triceps Hardcore training day, pump was insane, im focusing on my rear delt since my should is my best muscle, i want that 3D shoulder look, by just burning the rear delt, still heavy compound exercises tho so far no significant strength gains only volume into the muscle
Day 3 Back/biceps as usual heavy compound exercises diet is still going well, no downsides whatsoever until now
Day 4 Chest/abs Injection day not noticing pips anymore no flu which is good, training pretty well with no problems
Day 5: Legs/cardio as usual heavy compound exercises focusing on legs cause they're skinny af
Day 6 rest day with some cardio
Day 7 Back/triceps Heavy compound exercises getting that thick back great pump, current weight is 88kg

Ye i had to take a time off, just as wanted said, i've been getting a lot of requests of photographs just annoying lol
tbh, i didnt feel that so called great strength gains yet, i did gain around 12 pounds until now, muscle feel fuller and all, but benchpress/deadlift/squats only went like 10% more not that spectacular, i will be pinning blood tomorrow for the test/e2
As for the updates, ive been really busy lately with my work, and several life issues, but it doesnt stop me from dieting and training
