Week 1 (gained 4Ibs)

OK, so been almost a week on the cycle. I've been sweating intensely during workouts and have been drinking like a fish in water, having a 2 litre bottle with me almost constantly.

I've upped my protein intake a lot, taking on advice from the guys in the comments and getting more protein from food such as salmon, eggs and good old cottage cheese instead of relying on the powder.

My pumps have been insane, I attribute this weight gain and pumps to the Anadrol, that's why I always insist on taking it, it never fails me. Granted, mostly water weight this early but at least it's working as intended.

Strength wise all my big lifts feel easier and am able to do more reps on previous max weights that I couldn't before and I find I need less time between sets to recover.

Current weight: 100.4KG (or 221 Ibs) so that's a 4Ib increase so far.

So far so good. Will be updating this weekly and will be as thorough and detailed as I can.

Sorry but 4lb in a week is 100% water

Yeah, probably too early to be doing updates on this cycle as will be water as you said. Will do another update in a few more weeks.

We’re glad you've gained some water retention. Keep working hard, diet in check and show us where you are in about 10 weeks.

I was planning to do an update once a week to keep it more detailed and have it as something I can look back on, I will probably just do once every 3 weeks as the gains I get will be water for a while I guess.
