+ 3 Week 1

First day of injection went smooth a little bit of pip for my virgin muscle.. injected 0.83mL into the left glue, why 0.83mL? because the substance i got is 300mg/mL i want 250mg each injection not 300, so calculated it between 0.8-0.85mL needs to be injected each time, total of 1.6-1.7mL a week

Diet on point 3600cals compound heavy exercises did back and bi’s i felt pretty strong and had an amazing pumps but its probably because of my new diet cause its not possible to feel the test from the first day

As for the AI I will until week 4 for AI because i'm using test e slow est release

2nd day I decided to increase my protein intake to 350g, naturally i grow on 200g of protein, but i'll try 350 this time especially on cycle, 2nd day was a disaster, i feel kinda sick, maybe because of this pip, there's no infection what so ever, or probably because of my body is fighting the serum i don't know why i'm feeling kinda sick, body temp is kinda high

3rd day trained leg today, luckily the fever i had started to wear off i was having trouble with my diet last two days because of this fever, it was really hard for me to eat i was forcing myself to eat because of it, i still have some pip, i thought i would never be able to train leg with this pip, but it was pretty easy, i didnt feel the pip at all probably because i warmed my under body for about 20 mins before starting into core training, did a lot of warming up/ 5 sets of squats, 4 sets of leg press, leg curl and extension, romanian deadlift, and 2 for the calves
the pump was unreal i never had such a pump in my legs before probably because of my carb intake

4th day chest/tri went pretty well fever is completely gone, left glute pip is also over, until now diet is on point all marco's/cals are hit i feel fuller and bigger started getting compliments about size and pumps, but strength is still same, more endurance tho.
Today was also my injection day 0.83mL of test was injected into the right glute went very smooth no problems, no infections at all.

5th day Back/bi today the pump was amazing, my arms are much fuller, traps much noticeable size increase, so far so good diet is still on point, no cheat meals very strict that's why results way better

6th day Legs/abs and some cardio, nothing unusual still dieting and training hard, a small pip on my right cheek, but it doesnt effect my training luckily

7th day Chest/tri i feel so much bigger, clear signs of volume, more energy and such a great pump. altho i started noticing some water retention but that's probably just normal other than that everything looks great I will be ordering 25 pound of chicken breast and 10 pound of salmon tomorrow, these two protein sources work pretty well on me, i can feel the difference when consuming them like day and night, I lowered my carbs intake and decreased my calories by 300, I'm already 87 kg, this is going too fast

one more thing i forgot to mention, i have these weird ass dreams everyday, is this normal? like constant dreams if i sleep for about 5 minutes i dream about something, wake up, sleep another 10 mins with a dream, i get like 10 dreams out of 1 night, is this something to consider?

Do you have an AI on hand in case you begin to experience some side-effects indicating a high estrogen level? Or do you mean you're waiting until week 4 to get it? What are your goals for this cycle?

Yes i do have IE in hand, but i decided to to not use it till week 4, or unless i notice some itchy nipples or other high E2 symps, at week 6 ill do bloodwork to check my e2 levels, the purpose of thos cycle is a lean bulk, experiemental cycle to see how my body will react to the side effects

What good is taking a blood test mid cycle when all the most important information comes from the booodtest you take BEFORE you cycle? How do you know where everything was so you know what you need? You have no idea.

You're probably right, I took it out of assumption i never had any problems with my E2 before, and my test levels were fine before as i'm still young that's why i found it unnecessary to take bloodtest precycle.

Yeah this was a nice write up. I read the whole thing. Your putting a strong hormone into your body and although the strength gainz come later. Changes are going to happen along the way. Dreams maybe just your conscious. Everything is so relative. Keep doing what your doung and get your exp. +1

Do you get a little feverish after every injection?
And I see that you trained 7 days in a row.
I would recommend you have 1-2 days off per week so your central nervous can recover. It might seem ok for now but you might run into some trouble as you get stronger and pile up more volume every week.

I used to pound myself into the ground with training and walk around like a zombie wondering what the fuck was wrong with me.....everyone is different but my mind was rejuvenated with taking 2 days off..
Just offering some thoughts to you my friend! But you know your own body best.

Yes, i started taking rest days at the second week, 7 days arent worth it i have noticed that, as for getting feverish it was only at the first week at this moment not at all

And sometimes take 2 days off in a row.
And then try a 2 day on 1 day off approach.
When people say that training in all instinct, it goes deeper than ...yea bro, I just walk in the gym and train what I’m feeling that day...
They need to explain things a little deeper.
Keep mental notes on your strong and weak body parts. Maybe add a tad more volume per week on identified weaknesses....maybe just 3 sets on whatever weak body part you want to bring up after your scheduled session of the day. Keep track of muscle imbalance from right to left.....everyone has them... don’t let them discourage you...always touch up the smaller side with a few extra reps or a few sets....That is what it means to train with instinct!

Thank you bro, yes i understand, I do that sometimes taking 2 days off i feel way stronger the day afterwards as for my weak points, probably legs and back thickness i'm currently focusing on them with heavy compound movements trying high volume with lots of exercises just to pop those muscles up, i will be posting pictures soon, i just dont have a good camera i will probably post them when i have my 6th week bloodworks
