+ 1 Update...5 Weeks on.

Everything is going up, calories, gear dose, training ( more rest pause sets).
Currently on a deload week, and trying to get rid of an injury.

I am 4kgs up, arms are noticeably bigger...particularly the shoulders
I will upload some pics this weekend.
Still relatively lean and blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose levels...all perfect.

Diet as been 99% clean, went out on a few dates and had to eat lol...so I had a 5 guys burger with spicy fries one day...then some Turkish dish the next...lamb, rice and vegetables..they brought out some bread and meat in a tray before the main meal...1st time I had bread in 6 months at least...Fuck me I devoured that shit.
Anyway, on both occasions the next day my stomach complained and I lost power at the gym...just goes to show the power of a good diet.
