Update 2
Ok this update is is a little late not exactly a week from the last one. I haven’t taken anymore pictures since the last ones I posted. I will post new pictures with the three week update. I have lost some body fat and strength up a bit. I finished my last set of squats with 415 for 8 reps and pushed 325 for 6 reps no spot at the end of a chest workout. I was pretty happy with that. Vascularity has increased just a bit as well especially in the calves. My appetite is still increasing as well. I can best describe it as never really quite full. Even if I do stuff my face to the point of feeling like I am gonna pop it only lasts 15 minutes or so. I can pretty much eat at any point during my day. I will post again this Thursday. Thanks for following my progress.

Those are Some impressive numbers on the squat and bench.
Edit: saw you're running EQ. What's your experience with it? It seems like a compound that has two camps: Some say it's useless, others love it. Not sure if you can comment on it since it has only been 3weeks (Maybe prior experience?).
PcushionYeah man I have a lot of experience with EQ over the years. I think that the people who don’t like it feel this way due to product quality. I have always used quality Eq and had great success with building quality muscle. I will say eq has to be dosed properly and you have to run it for a long time due it’s slow release ester.
Brother, how many proteins are you taking every day?
Do you still have some petrol left after training or are you completely depleted?
PcushionI take in between 250-300 grams of protein a day. Man after I am done training I am usually out of gas. I time 40 seconds in between each set. It keeps it consistent. I pick 4 exercises and do 4 sets for each exercise. So I do a total of 16 sets consisting of 10-12 reps each set.
