Cycle progress update
Ok this update is is a little late not exactly a week from the last one. I haven’t taken anymore pictures since the last ones I posted. I will post new pictures with the three week update. I have lost some body fat and strength up a bit. I finished my last set of squats with 415 for 8 reps and pushed 325 for 6 reps no spot at the end of a chest workout. I was pretty happy with that. Vascularity has increased just a bit as well especially in the calves. My appetite is still increasing as well. I can best describe it as never really quite full. Even if I do stuff my face to the point of feeling like I am gonna pop it only lasts 15 minutes or so. I can pretty much eat at any point during my day. I will post again this Thursday.
