So, I'm now 6 kgs heavier...5.4kgs on the progress pics.
It's going well, just finished a 4 week leg dominant block, train 5x week, 3 of those on legs.
Gained inches everywhere, most noticeably on my legs and shoulders.
Week off coming, followed by another 4 week leg dominant training block.

I train legs including calves 3x week lol, but I had decent calves already tbh.
The cycle isn't harsh or aggressive, slowly build up of compounds, haven't used an AI yet either, no side effects that I can see or feel.
I'm 5'10" and need to bring my arms up to standard ah.
I have another 10-15lbs of bw to go till I re-assess everything.
