Cycle progress update
Sorry for the delay on getting an update out but life has been pretty hectic. Without going into too much of my private life there will be a Mrs bearded muscle soon. Also scored a promotion that is going to result in a 25% raise. Looking at houses now and I’m going to need it lol.
This blast is going along well, strength is up across the board and I am finally able to train chest without pain. It’s been about 4 months since the pec tear and I’m getting some great pumps with light weights on chest.
The scale has not been dropping like I would have liked, still hovering around 240, but I know I’ve leaned out somewhat because I’m getting bigger and the scale isn’t changing so there must be some recomposition going on. Guys have been commenting in the gym, coworkers are noticing so that’s a good sign.
This week I will be starting the anavar at 50 mgs twice a day. I will be incorporating more of an intermittent fasting approach to help tighten up and continue to keep carbs low with lots of protein to drive results with this primo for the home stretch. If I can get down to a true 230 at this point I’ll be happy.
