Cycle progress update

Sorry for the delay on getting an update out but life has been pretty hectic. Without going into too much of my private life there will be a Mrs bearded muscle soon. Also scored a promotion that is going to result in a 25% raise. Looking at houses now and I’m going to need it lol.

This blast is going along well, strength is up across the board and I am finally able to train chest without pain. It’s been about 4 months since the pec tear and I’m getting some great pumps with light weights on chest.

The scale has not been dropping like I would have liked, still hovering around 240, but I know I’ve leaned out somewhat because I’m getting bigger and the scale isn’t changing so there must be some recomposition going on. Guys have been commenting in the gym, coworkers are noticing so that’s a good sign.

This week I will be starting the anavar at 50 mgs twice a day. I will be incorporating more of an intermittent fasting approach to help tighten up and continue to keep carbs low with lots of protein to drive results with this primo for the home stretch. If I can get down to a true 230 at this point I’ll be happy.

2 days in on the anavar at 100 mgs a day. These pumps are fucking disgusting. I love it.

What's your opinion, does Var help to keep muscles during a post surgery break ? Or would u run test only and maybe a bit Deca for the joints.

Anavar will definitely help you hold lean tissue, the areas I see you running into trouble:

Dosing schedule because of the half life so you’d have to be popping them at least twice a day

Liver stress, while very mild will still be there and if you can avoid it, which you can by using an injectable, then do so

Taking the above into account I would say you’re better off hitting 100-300 primo (let’s say 200). Now if you’re going to have a bit of deca for synovial fluid, that could be enough OR you could add so 200 primo, 200 deca, 100 test. That’s half a gram of gear and no way you’re losing muscle on that lol. But might be overkill.

You look great bro. You already know the scale doesn’t always tell the entire story. Am sure you notice some recomp effect. The mirror is always your best too

Congrats man! That’s awesome. Keep up the hard work and don’t get too focused on the scale!

Congratulations brother! Sounds like life is going well and that's what it's all about. You've still got those monstrous quads! I've been running DP Primo 200 since the day after the EBC. At first I was all about continuing to stay as lean as possible for summer while adding some lean gains and my experience has been very similar. I didn't lose anymore weight, I actually gained 8lbs by the end of 10 weeks but I looked better than when I started. I added in Var and LR3 and changed my training and diet to a straight up lean bulk. The other day I was up 18lbs from June 9! I'm pretty sure some of it is water because I doubled up on my gh dose for a while but what I've found is that Primo is very aesthetic. It may not change the scale much but it sure changes your overall appearance. All I'm trying to say is don't get discouraged if you don't see pounds dropping because it's likely your adding lean mass at about the same rate you're dropping bf. You're gonna love the Primo/Var combo! That's a healthy dose of it too.

Right on man, I was getting down on myself but I am getting good comments from the people around me so like you say, the scale doesn’t tell it all. I’ve yet to try Lr3 but it sounds like it’s doing the job nicely for you.

I’m glad you’re enjoying a good summer primo run, nothing better when the sun is out. We’ll see what happens when that var kicks it, keep killing it bro!

You know I will! I just went through exactly what you're describing so I can relate. Running a G of Primo a week I thought I was going to be ripped to shreds and I did get leaner while I was still doing low carbs but I also got bigger so my weight just fluctuated a few pounds before I really committed to just packing on more mass. During that time I got more "you look the biggest I've seen you" comments than ever before. I was actually still 20lbs lighter than I've been in the past but the look of hard dense muscle makes you look more swole and in shape than being puffed up. I also just got a 33% raise so I feel like we are living parallel lives lol...try some good LR3 and you will definitely dig it.
