+ 4 Primo log update

This is week 5, so far I had a little initial weight gain but I trimmed that down and am now holding at 240. After bumping test and including proviron at 50 mgs my libido is back to normal and the acne flare up I was getting is going away.

Nutrition has been like clockwork but I have been getting too many carbs. I plan to begin carb cycling 300, 200, 100 as that usually works well for me.

Just got a dog so she’s going to help me keep up with my cardio, and my weights have all been very strong. I’m not loading a ton of weight just adding reps to my existing program, my leg workouts have gone up from 20 reps to 30 reps with all the same weight. I attribute some of that to a new training partner who is helping me push harder but also to this damn good dragon primo. I’ll try and get a pic up tonight.

Hey,

If i understand well you use the dragon pharma primo ? 100 or 200 version?
What cycle do you used before this ?

Primo are one of my favorite compound , after a cycle he's help a lot to save the gain :-)
How much calorie do you eat ? How much carb and prot ?

I've read a lot of good things about Primo. For the next cycle I chose however Masteron P.

Masteron will definitely give a sharper look, but less roundness. Also some guys will have aggression issues with it. Keep an eye on your blood pressure as I’ve seen guys that go much above 500 with mast have some BP spikes. Enjoy the ride! Keep your test high enough to provide extra estrogen because the mast will drop estro somewhat as well.

No squats or deads.

7 sets of 30 heavy slow reps on leg press twice a week with 7 sets of ham curls one day, and 7 sets of quad extensions the other day. Simple and brutal. Burnout with some lunges or hyperextensions depending on the day.

Put the full stack on for the leg press and hit it for 30 reps with a 4 count negative and a 1 count explosive positive. You’ll be seeing stars pretty quick. But keeping the tempo even when you’re gassed is what really seems to be the difference. My gf laughs at me because I usually need to get around the house on my hands the two days a week I train legs, both legs cramp up so badly I can’t stand on them. I wouldn’t be happy if I could still use them.

Do you always train the other muscles twice a week?

Shoulders 3 times, but for legs the foot placement is different on each day so one is more of a hamstring day and one is a quad day

Back is strong. Chest is tough to gauge because I’m coming off a minor pec tear that happened about 8 weeks ago

She’s a staffy/boxer mix. Absolutely loves to get out there on the trail. Minimum 5 miles a day right now, can’t wait to see what it does to harden me up.
