Maxed at 100 back to 80

This week was my mid point for this three week clen cycle. I'll be doing one more after a week off and keto (got some keto from a source off here).

The wedding was a major setback though. Not just diet, but I pulled a hamstring trying to show off on the dance floor. So no HIIT this week, but continued weights.

Weight hasn't really changed, so I don't know if this is pure recomp or what. Clen is working since I can feel my bodyheat going up.

Vascularity is going way up, noticing some in my delts, and lower abs. Arms look like a roadmap, even to a point where people are commenting on it.

Haven't noticed any of the S4 vision sides as I'm now up to a 100, and doing 5 on, 2 off.
