Cycle progress update
Diet manipulation has taken effect and I’m down to 228.
Shout out to pmob for the circuit training program he posted up years back, I’m following it and getting great results. It’s really helping me peel the last bit of fat off. I’m on very low carbs, maybe 50 true carbs and another 30-50 from vegetables.
This is where you put your head down and push, I’m feeling flat as fuck but it’ll pay off at the end. 4 weeks till finish.
