First week using all the compounds.

pinned yesterday, ran 3 miles fasted this morning, didn’t do weights this afternoon. Lost 3.5 pounds in this week (1.6 kilo) but I´m not feeling smaller. Noticing it because of the clothes I use. Diet´s starting to get a little boring already, think I may order 2 or 3 muscle food meals a day.

Just wait till you’re literally starving and feel like a zombie looking for donuts.
That’s only gonna happen if you go ALL the way cutting though...getting super lean is a crappy feeling.
