+ 1 Few progress photos.

ad

Here's acouple photos for a little progress. healing has been nothing but amazing.. blood levels are stable. E2 levels are good. Noticed the body fat go up slightly in the beginning, along with an increase in weight but, I knew that would probable happen. Still a ways to go on cycle, but everything is kicking in. For a low dose I Am Very happy with the approach I took when choosing the cycle. Sides are next to none. I will say the TreN suppressed my appetite , or atleast not sure what else has.

Diet has been okay for a me being out of competition injured. It had been 6 weeks since I went under, and my flexibility and range of motion are already back to normal. My trainers and coaches are amazed to how fast I have regained my strength and overall progress. I am more than 4 weeks ahead of most patients who have the same surgery.

I really love being I'm the gym, so being absent is hard for me, especially being on my first AAS cycle. I will say though, it's nice to see some hard work pay off when I look in the mirror. I like the base I created For this cycle to even happen.

not being able to gym for a while, I will say, I am happy with the physical appearance so far. I just am excited to see what happens when I get healthier and really able to bring out the beast . I am a cardio machine.
For now, its phi's therapy and light workouts..

I am very thankful for my genetic abilities as well. I really was not looking for huge gains on the scale but , Progress will continue. any feedback is always awesome guys.

Thanks brother. It has defiantly been a rough last 18 months battling injuries.

It's crazy though, even though so much has happened, I am that much more determined to keep pushing the pace. The struggle continues but, I really think I am on to something with this cycle I am on.

My surgery prior to this one was so hard to recover from. The atrophy Alone, is still holding me back, not just size and strength but, when they cut the muscles and ligaments to make repairs, I lost it all . The proprioception was probably the hardest to recover from it all. All those years doing stuff on it, the muscle memory, gone!. I have to re learn it all..

My hip is a lot different. There's a lot of moving parts so I am very limited for a while until my hip flexors are ready to go.
this cycle really has helped me keep muscle atrophy from occurring and, of all goes well, I should be able to regain atleast 99% of my original stamina, size, mobility, pretty much like it never happened ..

I will say I am getting slightly to big tho bro. I tapped 221 the others day on the scale, and was like holy fuarksss! I fight 170 and really haven't done anything above and beyond in the gym since surgery..

I got some body fat to drop so, I am sure the weight will come down with a leaner diet, and once I start moving and doing cardio routines again.

But I guess I got them big boi genetics, or doing something right because, the dose I am on Is very low, my calorie intake I had to almost cut in half because, I am just getting to big . Lol
I guess, maybe it's the cocktail of everything else as well that I am taking. Hopefully I am able to drop back down once I come off the AAS.

Bro funny story. Went to the TJ Max around the corner. Tried on 16 pairs of jeans. Not of them would fit my ass. My legs dude. Wtf, I had to start Rocking sweats. Lol the struggle is real dude. Haha.

Thanks again for the words bro.
