+ 1 Day 18, Ups and Downs with the 1 pin/week, hunger disappeared, pump update,

Okay I do understand the fact now that Test E will work best when pinned E5D or twice a week, even though I am at 30 mgs Dbol along with the Test E, I feel a difference when 5 days have passed, maybe it's all in my head as I am at day 13 with my test (tomorrow is my 3rd shot), but I am feeling normal now, I used to feel a bit hornier a bit more attentive etc, the same thing happened last week and after I injected I woke up a bit better the next day, maybe it's all in my head as the test e takes times but hey it's what I am feeling right now and what I felt last week, not something bad or anything but I do understand why vets insist on twice/week .. I will keep on injecting it once a week though because I hate injections, but I do believe in future cycles I will be injecting twice/week

Pumps:
I do cardio a lot as I am a big eater and man cardio sucks big time on dbol .. I used to have back pumps last week but this week it's my calves and man they KILLED me .. a 20 minutes fast walk from a place to another took me 30 minutes as after 10 minutes I had to walk like a penguin and rest every 2 minutes because everything under my knees till my ankles was pumped and burning and hurting like HELL!!!! this is new to me now .. back pumps didn't make an appearance, only on deadlifts when training but they weren't that bad .. and I couldn't add weights to my squat because my lower back was pumped

Hunger:
I am always hungry, i can eat 12 meals per day, I have a super fast metabolism, I can eat non-stop .. today I couldn't eat 4 eggs with some wholewheat bread.. I ate 2 eggs a bit of bread and felt full .. generally that meal would consist of 400 grams of "labneh" (yogurt) (40g prot, 16 carbs, 1g fat) wholewheat bread (70 grams carbs in it) and 4 boiled eggs .. I only ate 2 eggs and 4 bites from the bread, it sucked big time ... I generally avoid shakes but I had to get the proteins in and the carbs so I made shakes and drank them all the time plus made some orange juice to get "some" carbs and vitamin C ... and still till now I can't feel any hunger at all .. this sucks .. maybe I'll stop dbol and up the test ..

No other issues, acne disappeared, no bp no gyno no moon face ... note that I eat super clean and sodium is low

thanks bro, yes twice a week is necessary, I feel it now .. will be pinning twice a week on my next cycle for sure .. right now pinning still freaks me out, but once a week is still much much much better than oral only lol

I’d switch to Mon/thurs pins bro. Much less aromatization and steady levels. I like m/w/f but that’s just me

That's what I'm going to be doing later .. mon morning thurs afternoon pins .. yes m/w/f is ideal imo but I have to admit that pinning still freaks me out, it's not the needle or the injection itself, it's worrying about hitting the right spot and going at a 90 degree angle .. those who are scared of pinning because of needles are kinda dumb, it doesn't hurt at all
