Day 17

ad

Day 17 today, still on 30mgs dbol ED, divided into 3 doses .. and of course test e at 300 ..

I hate the fact that I started my cycle and then I got too busy and I am only training 3-4 days/week .. I got so busy at work that I lost count of my calories/proteins/carbs .. etc for 3 straight days .. as I sat down and wrote it down it turns out I was on a deficit, slightly higher fat, slightly lower carbs and proteins ..
I didn't get my bf% measured, but I am visibly much leaner, it's very clear and close people told me this too ...
oh and I did cardio on these 3 days like mad .. (because I was stressed)

anyways, back on track now

Effects:
- biceps are big as hell ( my weakest body part ) .. obviously it's water .. and I am considerably wider ( back chest shoulders etc) ..
- Increase in sex drive, not that I became obsessed or anything but instead of wanting/having sex once a day, it's now twice a day
- I am stronger
- I feel a bit better ( no euphoria, just a bit better )
- I recover much faster, to the point where sometimes it seems that I can train the same muscle 5 times/week

Side Effects:
- Pumps, man the pumps, it's really murder sometimes, mostly it's my lower back and sometimes it's my calves ... I go slower with the cardio and I take breaks ..
- Sleepy .. I feel sleepy nearly all the time but not when lifting

So far so good, no estro sides, or nothing that I can notice, I'm a bit mad that i got off track ..

It might seem like you could train the same muscle five times but don’t. You can’t.
With regard to leaning out, you may have lost some fat. You also may just be storing a lot more glycogen, minerals, and water in the muscle. This pushes the muscle up against the skin and makes you appear leaner almost overnight.
I’m glad you’re tracking your food closely as we all know that’s what really counts, get back after it and up those cals! Wanna be a monster you gotta eat like one. I don’t necessarily condone highly aromatizable compounds at your bf% but I see you’re competing in powerlifting and that’s another animal entirely.

You clearly aren't a competitive powerlifter - all you have talked about is the size of your biceps and back. There are no references to strength at all in certain exercises which is all powerlifters think about....

X2 and if this is the guy who posted a picture of his trap its ridiculous to even be on a cycle. Hope it's a different guy I'm thinking of...
