Started my cycle, pinned 400 mg in right glute (I am frontloading for the first week and went 400 mgs instead of 500 mgs in each shot, will be 800 mgs at the end of the week instead of 1000 mg)

Test has to be detached from the ester before it can be aromatizd into e2

So when it detaches from the ester the level has to build in the bloodstream before you estrogen level can rise, that's y you would start on week 2. Normally with test e it's week four but the front load cuts it roughly in half due to the double dose

14 days after first pin is how i would count it. and i would say about week 6-7 to have bloodwork done so you can tell if your ai protocol is on point or needs to be adjusted

TropicanaJuiceI'm front loading the test, so normal you do twice the amount your gonna normal do in the first week. So I would have done 500 mgs twice a week for the first week then at the end of the week there would be 500 mgs, it a way to kickstarter the cycle, however I just did 400 mgs. Look at zewis post on front loading it'll explain everything
