Description, concerns and expectations

Age: 27
Height: 176cm
Weight: 95kg
BF: 18 <-- This is a conservative figure I'm closer to 16/17

4th year powerlifting, 6 years in the gym. Going to add a whole lot of BB this cycle so excited to change things up and cut up.

4th cycle, 2nd with Tren. Last tren cycle I have a feeling it was really underdosed or just test, this time round I've bought from a reputable source/lab. My last cycle was May, I plan on running this cycle Mid Dec.

I kept 70% of my gains with hard PCT but actually have worked it up to 100% of what I had during cycle over 5months.

Test prop 30mg ED weeks 1-8
Tren ace 60mg ED 1-8

HCG 500iu per week for 14 days before pct start date (Twice a week)

Prami on hand
Arimidex on hand

PCT 3 days after last pin
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

If ED pinning becomes a hassle I'll just switch to EOD.

I would switch out the tren for something more mild on side effects but your PCT doses aren't where they need to be, especially with tren use.

Just looking to cut I would just run some prop and dump the tren. Just seems like more a hassle to run tren here. Actually, since your BF is up there I would use a long ester instead and run a longer cycle so you can drop the weight a little slower and preserve muscle better. Or if you want to run a shorter prop cycle, drop your bodyfat at least a few points first and then start cycle. Fat should melt off instantly at first with just diet alone starting out at that BF%. So don't waste the first half of your cycle dropping the easy bodyfat. Save the cycle for when the fat loss is actually tough and then bring in the big guns with a cycle.

If it is still coming off relatively easy with diet and cardio keep rolling with that until it gets sticky and the implement cycle. Don't start the cycle prematurely or you are really not going to get the most out of it.

I'm not after mass, I'm after maintaining my lifts whilst I cut down and thanks for your response.... do you have anything to add in about the prolactin/progesterone issue with Tren?

You are not going to maintain lifts while cutting, it is not possible. Cutting carbs cuts your power as well as strength. Every time I lower my carb intake for more then a week I lose strength. I just got back to 410 bench for 4 reps. Before that I was lucky to hit 320 for 2 while cutting carbs. You need to pick your goal because cutting and remaining strong is not going to happen. If you compete in powerlifting and you are trying to cheat the weight restriction AND keep your PR you have at current weight good luck.

I'm not going cut carbs that much. I'm going to keep macro ratio the same but reduce total calories. I thought Tren Helped you in this area? Well thats okay then I'll just try hold on to as much as possible

I wouldn't expect much if any in the way of lean mass gains, nor would I expect much in the strength department while cutting. Cutting means cutting carbs and that is not a good recipe for strength.

The prolactin issue is one the main reasons I would just drop the tren altogether. Tren really doesn't seem needed here and not worth the hassle dealing with the sides.

Why are you pinning so often, unless you like being a human cushion pin? 75mg EOD worked like a champ for me with low sides. Why not EOD and what's with the MG?!?! What's your diet look like?

More stable blood levels...? Like I mentioned I will switch to EOD if it gets annoying and see how my sides go. Diet is perfect I track macros.
