STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

expectactions: gain 15 pounds of muscle while maintaining a low body fat percentage.
3 cycles under my belt (mainly test E,deca,dbol cycles)
age 23 yes too young for roids i know( dont lecture me)
height: 5"9
weight:173
body fat:10.58%
during my second cycle i hit 175 but then i injured myself (shoulder injury).
lost 22 pounds ..during my 8 month recovery

when i started using steriods i was around 135lbs..i got to 175 on my second cycle and then i injured myself (shoulder injury) which kept me out of the gym for 8 months..
i lost 22 pounds of muscle and gain a ton of fat.
other than that i kept more than 60% of my gains after pct so thats not the problem

1 year and a half..
i am a bit of a hardgainer..
when i first started working out i was 122 pounds.
i was consuming over 4000 calories and over 250mg of proteins and regardless of that i was the same weight month after month..maybe i gained a half a pound every month or so...i been pay a personal trainer to see if it would make a difference but nah.
after just gaining a few pounds over a year and a half i decided to start using steriods to gain some mass....on the bright side they did a miracle for me

.05 for arimidex thats pretty low, you'd have to break a 1mg tab into 20 equal pieces? I use .25eod.

First and foremost...STATS bro?
Second, run test 2 weeks longer than the EQ
Third, increase week 2 dosage of Nolva to 40mg (unless you've had previous negative experience)

what do you suggest mate?
the only thing i dislike about running equipoise is that it takes way too long to kick in..

1-4 prop 100 eod
1-16 eq 600 split
1-16 test e 500/split
17 & 18 prop 100eod.. Pct two days after last prop shot.

Pct is nolva 40...40...20...20 & clomid 100...100...50...50

If uou kick with Tbol....use liver support. Food will dictate this cycles bulk/hardness

thanks bro, my diet is very clean.
i just hope i dont have bloating issues with this cycle..
my last cycle with test and deca was just horrible.
i looked like a water ballon.

I love test/eq. Good dry solid gains. Im on it right now :). If the cycle board allows...move the clomid nolva to show its just after the prop or folks will keep reminding ya. You prefer the pct as it was on dosages?

Sidenote....might pick either prop or tbol as kicker. They have different actions of course but might be easier on the system.

yeah i might drop the tbol altogether,
and about your cycle it seems like the juice is doing wonders for you.
i finished my last cycle on june 15..thinking about starting this next october

That sounds like a good time! Then ya have offtime....cutter end of spring. The eating is doing wonders. Fish...chicken...veggies. Oatmeal before gym. If i cheat meals i can bulk just the same but if your just bulk without definition its not the same.

Only three Weeks in. started at 14%bf after broke elbow. Up 6lbs but dropped 2-4% bf already without leaving 200lbs. So solid rock replacing fat....i'm doing well! The eq never really gets boomin til bout week 8...but keeping dry hard gains is fine. Goal is 205+ and lower bf. If i'm 205 at end of the ebc then its 20 solid pounds gained. Of course since eq cycles are longer...i finish after halleween.

What are ur stats..I see age, how bout height, weight, bf% and what ur other three cycles looked like..a what age was ur first cycle?
