Description, concerns and expectations
Currently 5'11 225lbs at around 12%-15% bf. I'm looking to add 10lbs of muscle this run so I will be shooting for 4500 to 5000 calories a day. Will be eating 3-4 meals a day with 2 oatmeal based shakes thrown in between meals. My shakes contain just over 1000 calories per shake and consist of oat meal, whole milk, peanut butter, whey protein and olive oil. I may have to add a 3rd shake in there to hit my calories since I'm not a really big eater and Tren usually tanks my appetite.
I'm running my test significantly lower than usual to see if it will cut down on the sides. My main sides include heartburn. jealousy and very crazy dreams.
