Description, concerns and expectations

Currently 5'11 225lbs at around 12%-15% bf. I'm looking to add 10lbs of muscle this run so I will be shooting for 4500 to 5000 calories a day. Will be eating 3-4 meals a day with 2 oatmeal based shakes thrown in between meals. My shakes contain just over 1000 calories per shake and consist of oat meal, whole milk, peanut butter, whey protein and olive oil. I may have to add a 3rd shake in there to hit my calories since I'm not a really big eater and Tren usually tanks my appetite.
I'm running my test significantly lower than usual to see if it will cut down on the sides. My main sides include heartburn. jealousy and very crazy dreams.

Oatmeal , egg whites, peanut butter, olive oil. All whole foods(obv) &some fruit of ur choice. Just another option to dress it up. Shaker bottle weighs like 10lbs.

you shakes sounds pretty good. You mind sharing your recipe? I'm curious about the olive oil though, I guess flaxseed would work the same?

Just doing dry oatmeal, peanut butter with water and whole milk. Lots of different stuff you can add but I like this. You have to drink it pretty wick though because it thickens up.

thanks for fast response Harley. yes food is what I was mostly concerned about. I know those vivid dreams all to well and paranoia lol. I'm going to be giving a go again with TrenE see how it goes this time around

LOL brother...The only time I ever bulked on it was my 1st run of it. I have about 5 to 6 weeks left so I'm gonna see what I can do by the end of the run. Weight is fluctuating right now but strength is going up.

Tren e and ace both fuck my appetite up, oddly enough Tren hex didn't do this. We have very similar builds so I'm looking forward to your results, nice work bro

Appetite is pretty good with the test at about half of the Tren. I usually run it even and the appetite tanks.

Dang I just say this. I get crazy heartburn on any tren dose. Is that a current pic. You're looking ripped my friend. I don't like tren for bulking. The mental sides and lack of stamina (shortness of breath). So you must be about 9 weeks in? How the progress going?

This was a before cycle pic on 200mgs of a week of test E at the time. Just starting my 6 week. Definitely getting leaner with weight staying about the same. Put up 400lbs today on the bench.

400 is seriously impressive. I'm not there yet. I can eat on tren so I tend to be the same, weight stays the same but the bf drops off. How have you liked tren as a bulker?

I'm halfway in this cycle and it's just now hitting hard. Hopefully the weight will go up in the 2nd half. :) I had to drop the tren ace kickstart after 2 weeks. Was getting tren cough about every 3rd injection and it was knotting me up. The tren E is pinning very smooth and no tren cough yet from it knock on wood.

I hate tren cough only got it a few times and that was enough. I haven't run short esters in a few years. I'm in know hurry so I can wait for the long ester to kick in. I mess with front loading more now days. I also notice less aggression with tren e. Could be that's it's slightest less potent as a long ester or that it just doing hit so fast like tren A.

As for weight gain keep eating. I'll take a shake to bed and drink it in the middle of the night when I start slowing down on my weight gain during a bulk. And snack all the time. I like to have food around me all the time. Keep eating and keep growing!

One of my favorite cycles is low test with tren e and mast e. For me it's only when I run tren ace the it really affects my calorie intake. Tren e doesn't bother me near as bad. Also it's only when I'm on ace that I would swear to you my wife is fucking around on me. Which she never would. Of course I never tell her what I really think is going on when I'm on ace either. Lol. I like your cycle layout. Good luck with your run man!

Weird how the tren does that. When I'm on it I could swear that my Wife's cheating on me as well. I'll even dream about sometimes and wake up mad at her. She's like what the hell did I do? Lol

Dont have the time ATM to comment on your cycle, but for your shakes, i do the same type of thing once a day or so. Its really just whole food blended but theres a way to make yours better and get a better protein source, 1.5 cups of egg whites and take out some of the whey, add some blueberry greek yogurt and some extra blueberrys. It will come out to like 75gs of protein from egg whites, oats, peanut butter, greek yogurt etc. Id just try and get rid of most of the whey. I used to do the same until i figured out how to make the shake taste better with just egg whites by adding blueberrys and blueberry greek yogurt. Its delicious. Then that "shake" its totallly whole food, no powders or anything in there the best sources of protein carbs and fats.

I would definitely try to get those actual meals up to 4 plus the two "shakes" which really arent shakes just blended whole foods. Or break them up into smaller meals and try to get them up to 7-8 total meals. But you got some beef on you so you know how to eat so if that works for you stick with it.

I see tren tanks your appetite, it does the same to me, noway in hell i could get down the 4000+ cals i need runnning tren, factor in you need more calories running tren cause it will burn them up, so do you really think you can handle eating that much food with a huge decrease in appetite? I couldnt, which is why i never will try to bulk with tren again.

Not a big eat+tren and bulking=bad idea. Learned that lesson last summer. test tren mast is really more geared towards cuttng, espeically with the low test. id go with a more traditonal bulker. If youre looking to stay nice and dry and bloat free consider boldenone, if your not a big eater bold can really help with that. And now we have a great source for bold cyp compared to the last 20 years where it was all bold undec whhich takes 8-10 weeks to actually kick in compared to 3-4 weeks max with cyp a 14 week cycle of test c or e with bold cyp is perfect. Thats my plan for next winter. i ran it for 10 and loved it but felt short changed, 14 would have been perfect.

Yeah brother the tren always leans me out but the muscle gains on it are really something. My last tren run I was lucky if I was taking in 3000 calories a day because of the appetite surpresion. If I could hit the 4 to 4500 calories I think I could get more out of it. I'm gonna give the egg whites a try and see how it tastes.

Same here bro, i tried to bulk with tren last summer and 3000 cals was an absolute chore. But I agree if you could get down 4500+ it would be a pretty insane bulk. Very very lean dry gains. Heres my shake

1 cup oats ( add more if you like)
1.5 cups egg whites
big ass handful of frozen blueberrys, makes it nice and cold and tasty (bout 1.5 cups)
then i get the little indvidual blueberry greek yogurts and throw one of those in, gives it alot more flavor and some extra slow digesting protein ( this really helps the taste)
then a tbsp of olive oil, and it really does taste delicious. You just have to mess with the amount of blueberrys you put in, those litte greek yogurts are really necessary though without one it doesnt taste very good. Comes out to about 60g protein, 90g carbs, and 20g fats or roughly 800ish cals. You can always add more egg whites or even a scoop of whey to bring that protein up but idk how much more can be digested in one sittng since it already has 60g.

You can also do this with frozen strawberrys, or strawberry bananna, they got it all in the freezer section, just your preference. I used to makea shake with oats, milk and whey, but I wanted it to be truly whole food especially the protein so i switched to egg whites, theyre prettty cheap, 5 dollar carton will last about a week or so.

I wouldnt drink this post workout, I would still drink something with fast digestng low glycemic carbs like dextrose or maltodextrin or a mix of both (cyto carb) or karboloyn etc with whey just becuase of how fast its digested, but you could even sub the whey for egg whites. personally i dont. I have a shake with 50g whey with 50g of a 50:50 maltodex dextrose mix to get the fast carbs to spike blood sugar and cause the body to release insulin to transport all the nutrients straight into the muscle as well as replenish depleted glycogen stores. And oats and other low glycemic carbs dont get digested fast enough for this to occur. Post workout Is the one time of the day where sugary carbs is perferred over yams, oats, brown rice etc. But good luck bro
