It cracks me up at how all these brain dead parrots on these forums are just repeating shit that they've read and heard from other people and forums. They've never experimented with any of this shit they're talking about!! Lol
The best way to figure out what works for you is to try all sorts of compounds, in every imaginable combination and every conceivable dosages.
This is how you will eventually know what works and doesn't work for you, and what the hell you're talking about.

AnonIt looks much better than it was before but still needs some adjustments. First of all your doses are correct you need to run the test e at least 2 weeks longer than the tren e to make recovery and pct easier (less likely to crash) pct should be clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20 for 4 weeks as I laid it out. Pct should start 2-3 weeks after your last injection. 6 weeks only with the winstrol and yes split the does every 8 hours should suffice.

Anonyou're welcome. i'm way more relaxed on how i run my cycles. but pct and testosterone base are the most important part imo because without either i don't think i need to tell you what happens lol. i had a buddy who ran a 12 week test e and tren e same doses but he stopped the test at the same time as the tren and he suffered his pct was horrible lost a lot off his bench even lost some of his gains because his body just crashed. just make sure your friends diet, exercise and PCT are all in order and he should be just fine. i'm still running 400mg per week of tren e and i have NO need to increase the dose yet it is that powerful!
will do . he is very thankful for all your advice ,even though he felt like a fool at first but when he showed me the forums he was reading from i can understand why he chose what he did . just goes to show that many guys are running the wrong compounds together and posting it on the net for others to read and follow . so he looked at me like i didnt know what i was talking about , so when all of the messages came flooding in saying it was a horrible cycle and the reasons why he started to rethink his ways .. to bad it cost me a karma point in the process cause someone thought it was me running this cycle for myself , ive been on here long enough and ran enough cycles for myself and built up the karma points i have not by giving out poor advice .
lol . but anyhow i printed off a copy of the proper cycle for him to follow . sometimes being re-educated on a topic can be painful as he found out lol .
so with that being said whom ever deducted a karma point from me (not cool). but then again i should have made it clear from the get go that it was not for me but for a fren who would not listen to me . karma can be a bitch
Okay everyone it has been brought to my attention as to why he chose the cycle he chose ( tren e / sustanon / winny . he just showed me a few steroid blogs on some sites when he was trying to research and believe it or not there are forums that speak of running tren e along with sustanon and winny as being a great cycle , i couldnt believe it myself .
so he is researching but is being misinformed and is now very frustrated , i explained to him that he needs to run test along with tren as tren is so suppressive to the natural test production of the body , so i said running test e would be okay as he does not like to pin to much in a weeks time . so he now wants to run tren e along with test e and winny. , but believe it ir not guys there are steroid forums that mis inform users as to what is good and what is not good together , we all have our own opinions of course but running test with tren should always take place as far as im concerned . running test prop or cyp he may consider as well , one or the other .
He didn't add a test like prop or cyp in the cycle and what about dbol 50 for first 4 weeks

All input of course is greatly appreciated ! i made a point and statement to a buddy of mine after he read all of ur comments . he wouldnt listen to me so i let him see for himself after i posted what he wanted to run as a cycle . thanx for all your advice and comments , wether he choses to listen is another story .
now he wants to run the following cycle posted above and keep the sustanon for a different cycle with dbol later on down the road .

lol .. i agree , when he read from you guys that he should get rid of the cycles or scrap them the only comment he made was and i quote "im not throwing out my gear , i paid too much for it " lol . I tried to explain to him that he doesnt have to toss away the gear but rethink how he is going to use it and with other items other than what he has purchased .
Everyone on here im sure has opened his eyes for sure , he was def mis informed on how to use gear , but would not listen to me so now that he sees that everyone else is slamming his choices , now he is starting to rethink that maybe he was wrong .
I told him , you have sustanon already , buy some dbol stack them together and see what happens , his worry is he doesnt want to blow up like a balloon holding water , so when he read up on tren and seen how you dont hold water with it or winny he figured if he added those along with sustanon it would counter the water retention , once you guys blasted him on his choices he dropped the sustanon from the mix and said ill just run the tren and winny lol .. so he is sitting here beside me now as i type this and i told him that he needs to research more if he wont listen to me or atleast tke the adivse of what he is reading on here .
word. im sure you will help guide him into making a good decision. with a few vials of test and an ai he will be all set and wont have to worry much about water retention. dont let him get the pct wrong! lol

JohnnyBlackreally hope you haven't started this cycle.. its so goddam clear you haven't done a ounce of research in any way... First your FIRST cycle should ONLY BE TEST, with a AI and CLOMID AND NOLVADEX for pct... not tren test winny and no ai and no pct .... the cycle you have right here is a GREAT way to fuck up your body, absolutely fantastic cycle if thats your goal.... throw this cycle out, do a 12 week cycle of test e @ 500mg, have adex or aromasin on hand and start pct 2 weeks after last shot of test.... Clomid/Nolv .......
MilKmAnno offense but IMO you should at least look like you workout before taking roids. (just judging from your pic) why not do just a Test e cycle?
Anonswitch to test e or test c keep the same dose lower your tren e dose to 400mg per week if it's your first time. trust me i've run tren e twice i know a thing or two and so does fast48 we have talked about cycles for a while now. feel free to add and pm me and i'll talk to ya answer questions and help you set up a solid cycle!
Anonyeah sust and tren are horrible together. you want tren to be all over the receptors and sustanon is known for CLEARING the receptors of tren. you should never run any oral that long ever regardless of dose. winni 40-50mg per day 6 weeks max preferable the last 6 weeks to harden up gains. how many times have you run tren e? if this is your first time run test e 250mg per week and tren e 400mg per week for 10 weeks and run the test e for 12 weeks.
Completely crap. Toss it. Come back later. Tren wins on taking test receptors. Sust sucks with tren. Research.
How many prior cycles? You really need natty mass first! Stats? Winny doesnt ever go that long
