5'9 210lbs 16%bf
Expectations to maintain the weight but drop 6%bf.
Workout split
Mon-Legs(focus on quads)
Tue-Chest
Wed-Back
Thurs-Tri Bi Forearm Calves
Fri-Legs(focus on hamstrings)
Saturday-Shoulders
I will be doing Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (not counting aminos).
Diet is clean. Don't count my macros but I'm well aware of what I intake.
I'm eliminating any Red Meat from my diet because my body does not digest it right.
so my protein source would be Chicken breast, Fish, and Eggs.
For Carbs my fav choice is Yam and Buckwheat.
Veggies, classic broccoli and green beans.
Fats, Peanut butter with my shakes right after morning cardio, Olive oil, Egg yolks and Salmon.
Please help me out if you have any suggestions.

I think your Mast dose is way to low to see anything from it. Plus I wouldn't add in the Mast until AFTER you get under 10% bf, not before! You won't see anything from it. Plus Tren kills my cardio and has never actually burned fat on me.
Richard.SimmonsI would throw in cardio more than once a day? dropping 10% is a lot when you look pretty lean already? Getting down to 6% your diet will have to be on point. Meal prep, meal prep,meal prep.
Honestly brother .. stop the Tren it's not needed if all your trying to do is drop BF % that's gonna come from diet only . I would rethink your whole cycle imo
That's a lot of compounds just to drop your bf%. Diet will dictate how much weight you lose and how close to your goal you will get. Getting your body to 9-10% naturally shouldn't be too difficult, as long as you have your diet and cardio in-check. It's all about caloric intake, energy in, energy out. The energy that you're expelling, the workout, has to burn more calories than the the energy in you're consuming, the food.
Thank you very much for the advice and I do respect everyone. But I just don't understand this mentality "YOU SHOULD ONLY JUICE IF YOU COMPETE" It's not for everyone, I think it's waste of time to compete, I have my career and I'm set I love what I do, I just wanna look like I can compete without competing if that make sense. 10%bf was just an AIM .. of course, I wanna go lower and still look Jacked and Full.
No one is saying that but fucking with tren at your current shape is a fucking waste bro. Let alone the sides from it. Maintaining below 10%bf and "jacked and full" isn't going to happen no matter what you take sorry to bust your bubble. Let alone staying at below that with the physique your wanting is near impossible let alone will fuck you up.....I compete and we maintain that crazy leaness you talk about for a week for the most part being lean , full and big. Depleted and shity leading up to it and blown up and rebounding after.........so yea...
You want to be lean and full well drugs don't do that the diet does. Diet and cardio with a small fraction of drugs leans you up, carb cycleing some water manipulation etc etc
Being full and huge once again the way you train , meal timing , the type of carbs your ingesting and your protein and fat intake.
The emphasis you put on drugs makes you sound like a tool man for real. The guys will point you in the right direction if you listen.
Richard.SimmonsI can lean out with just cardio and diet alone. I have no clue why everyone thinks Tren is a magic shot?? Yes it helps but not as much as guys think. Hell I can go to GNC and get an appetite suppressant and lean out. +2 by the way.
I never needed tren. I need my sleep and my thyroid during prep.....
Ran a cycle almost exactly like this but switched from prop to tcyp round week 4. Had really good strength gains. Also ran Hcg 250 X2 / wk and used prami instead of caber.

Why throw your body through that when it is totally unnecessary. Don't just run this stuff for shits and giggles to see how your body reacts. Now if you were 10% looking to drop down to 5% or less then we can talk about this cycle.
What would you recommend? I loved Running Tren with some Prop. Ran it low dose 50Mg eod and felt great. Great pumps, Vascularity, Streight throughout the roof and shred my body fat down to 9%.
So I guess I'm trying to repeat that.
Sounds like you want to cut here so first off I would drop your BF as low as possible without any drugs. Should be fairly easy to get down to 10%. That is when I would introduce the anabolics since further fat loss after that can be tricky without sacrificing lean mass and you can then benefit from the added anabolics. 8wks of test p and some mast or var would polish you up real nice then and give you a taste for what you might look like if you wanted to enter a physique comp.
