Tren Ace Test P; 1st tren cycle; cutter

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

This is my 6th cycle; previous cycles have all been test p only. I've created this cycle in this fashion to introduce myself to tren/19-nor compounds. I am currently 218lbs, last I checked my BF was sitting at 16%. For this cycle, I am shooting to lose 2-3% bf, and of course gain strength, definition, and vascularity.

My diet is clean, trying to get 6 meals per day of a sum of 3500-4000 cals. Meats are lean beef, fish, ground turkey, whey protein, peanut butter and cottage cheese. Carbs come from polenta, rice, sourdough bread, and quinoa, and as much green veggies as I can stomach.

Striving to train 5-6 days per week. My training goals are to increase volume on higher rep sets (5-12 reps). For example, if I can press 105lbs per arm on dumbbell flat bench press for 3 sets of 10 reps, then I will move up to 110lbs per arm. This scheme goes for all routines except for DL, which I will shoot to increase 1RM, then work 3RM for 8 sets (currently 350 lbs, no wrist wraps, no belt, raw). Also using pyramid sets with squats, seeking to increase the middle sets (hitting 335 for 5 reps two sets last w/o).

Thus far (roughly 36 days in), I'm really enjoying this cycle. I really felt the tren when I began pinning 37.5, then 50 was really good, so I went to 62.5, which has so far been the sweet spot. This Monday, the 18th of April, I will begin pinning tren 75 daily, I may adjust this amount depending on the severity of the sides. I've been pinning glute, ventral glute, and a few areas on each quad. At first, the tren gave me insane soreness in the quads as this tissue was virgin, now I have no problems. Since beginnng the tren, I have experienced increased heart rate, and increased body temperature(I like the thermogenic effects). Strength is on the steady increase, libido is off the charts, got some backne (never had zits on my back before). Also appetite has been suppressed, its been a chore at times to eat 6 meals per day! Assertiveness is a lot higher than usual, its like any emotion, good or bad, is magnified 10x, much like being a teen again.

I am seeing muscular definition, and hardness, definitely growth in the lats and chest. Been getting a lot of compliments both in and out of the gym; even had some ladies coming on to me rather hard recently. Kind of a nice change! albeit, I am happily taken by my ever-hot gf!

you can easily drop from 16% bf to 12% without gear. stop being lazy and put in some work. get your diet and excersise in check. i dont get why everyone wants to cut and bulk on cycles. its one or the other. to many young guys start cycling at an early age with no experience. gear isnt the answer. its comes down to diet.

your bf is to high to be on cycle. you will have problems with estrogen and bloat due to high bf. with right diet and excersise you can drop 2-4% bf without gear. your calories are way to high for a cutting cycle. 3500-4000 calories is more for bulking.

use that to caculate your daily calorie needs and lower it by 500 calories a day for cutting. we are here to help in the end you are gonna do what you want to do. gl.with your cycle.

I believe he meant you can drop 2 - 4% not get to 2-4%...however I'm sure both are possible, the latter just being pretty ridiculous lol

Some guys on here probably drop 2% just taking a shit or two... Agree with all the points here.

Agreed, when you get way down there, sub 10%, that's when cutting BF gets hard. That's when I run "cutting cycles" to preserve muscle mass while in an extreme caloric deficit (cycle I'm running now). You guys nailed it. Too many people think they can cut and get big at the same time because they've got gear....I used to be one of those people
