STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Height: 6ft
Weight: 15 stone 8 lbs (218lbs)
Body fat %: I'd suggest 12-15% (Picture uploaded for reference)

Looking to add as much lean mass as possible over next 14 weeks.

I have experience with test, deca and tren.

1st ever cycle was simply 500mg test for 12 weeks.

2nd was test and dbol and so on.

The plan for this cycle is to add some more quality size, not looking to add too much fat whilst bulking so dieting will be essential.

My current maintenance calories is 3200.

I don't gain fat easily so will start out at 3750 calories per day, and increase by 250 every two weeks (if weight gain plateaus, wont increase if weight is increasing).

Diet wise I prefer a higher protein and carb diet, with lower fats. This tends to serve me well and keeps me energised, and allows me to lift some serious poundages in the gym. I was de to start this cycle a while ago, but had to put on hold owing to catching pneumonia which meant I have been out of action in the gym for a few weeks. Have been back in the gym now for approximately two weeks and my strength and vascularity has returned. I take HGH year round so think that this has helped maintain my muscle and strength.

To assist with side effects during cycle I take the following:

Fish oil
Garlic capsules
NAC
Tudca
Saw Palmetto
Multi vitamin
Vitamin B6
MT2

I also drink/eat a substantial amount of home grown beetroot to assist with blood pressure.

My cycle will be:

625mg week Sustanon
450mg week Deca
400mg week Tren

1000IU HCG weekly to keep nuts functioning.
0.5mg eod Arimidex (this works well for me)
250mcg BPC 157 ed (to help prevent inflammation and recurrence of elbow tendinitis).
4iu Pharmatropin HGH ed.
2iu Ansomone/Pfizer Genotropin/Merck Saizen HGH ed.

(Have Cabaser on hand, but I tend to find that by controlling oestrogen my prolactin stays in check, so will use B6 initially).

I am well aware that people will advise against running Deca and Tren together. I believe that I am fairly lucky in that I don't get unbearable sides, tren gives me bad night sweats which results in the gf getting angry but that can be managed by sleeping on top of the sheets with a towel.

The reason I want to try to run Tren and Deca is I have read and seen through guys I train with that it is a great way to add some really great mass and that TNT complement each other very well. I believe I can manage the side effects by keeping on top of my blood pressure, prolactin and oestrogen levels. I have monitors for this, and will get my bloods done via medichecks post 16 weeks.

I look forward to receiving any advice or comments people may have.

Firstly thank you for being constructive and I appreciate your comments.

I have done a number of cycles was just demonstrating that I started out the right way,

I have run test/deca, test/tren, test/eq, test/tren/mast.

Orals I have run: Dbol, Anadrol, Superdrol, Winny, Epi, Anavar.

I am probably upwards of 8 cycles. My favourite is test and tren, but honestly just want to try what test, tren and deca would be like, mates at the gym have done it/doing it and look good for it. I am fairly fortunate that I dont get apparent sides. I take HCG etc throughout my cycles.

I get bloods done as and when needed. I have been fortunate and recovered every time. I actually got my gf pregnant post coming off my tren, test and mast cycle.

I appreciate any thoughts you may have.

Thanks for the kind words. I am here to learn and take on people's advice that ware maybe more experienced than myself.

Would it be that bad to run the tren as well? It's something I have been curious of doing and a lot of guys rave about it on UK bodybuilding boards, saying that yes it goes against the norm but the results are great,

Legs are alright I'd say, I train them twice a week, one day power, one day hypertrophy (PHUL workout programme). I used to be a fairly competitive rugby player before a cruciate ligament tare which meant I could no longer pursue that avenue. I can push some reasonable weight and look reasonable in shorts, the problem is my upper body is genetically a lot more responsive than my legs. So im really hoping to get more symmetrical.

Loved superdrol got very strong on it.

PCT I always use HCG, HMG, Nolva and Clomid. Get bloods done, assess and then rest. I do occasionally blast and cruise, but the end game is to always come off with a solid PCT.

Rich Piana is taking way way way more than this. My cycle is a fraction of what he is doing, he's on grams and grams (yes much bigger than me undeniably). Thanks for constructive feedback.

Ahh thanks, I do the PHUL workout. But do an extra hypertrophy day for just my chest and quads (lagging body parts).

2 days a week rest I find is essential for growing.

You say you're going to manage your prolactin, but I see no PC listed.
I still don't see why you need both deca and tren to reach your goals. Seems like you're relying on drugs and not diet to get you where you want to go. Deca and tren is no magic bullet, but it is fraught with serous sides. Just because you didn't get many sides on other tren runs, doesn't mean you won't get them in the future. That's the nature of tren. It's unpredictable.
Just think you could get what you wanted with less.

Would be running TNT myself but want to keep Blood Pressure as low as possible! Some may say you don't need to run HCG as early as that but I'm a big believer in following what feels right for you. Will look into BCP 157 as the main reason I'm running Deca is pain in my left elbow, had for a long time. Then at least my Tren stock can get a look in!

Thanks mate, try the beetroot i mentioned, it honestly does wonders. If you don't like it already, you'll learn to love it like I did. I am a believer in running HCG throughout my cycles and PCT as I want to keep the nuts functioning as well as possible, or to at least help alleviate shut down and make it easier to start them firing in PCT. I have a fair amount of HMG on hand as well if required for PCT, I like to have all angles covered.

BPC 157 is something I have been using again recently as felt a small amount of pain in my right dominant elbow. Only when applying pressure to area (having had golfers elbow before, I am paranoid and do check it from time to time) at the moment, so figured I would start on it to relieve the tendon like it did last time. I also take 5000mg of MSM tablets (used for healthy hair, nails and tendons) it's also anti inflammatory and helps joints no end (at least in my experience).

Following your log mate. Will be interesting to see how we progress.

Sounds similar to my left elbow (again dominant side). Feels like I've banged it but only when I press it or when doing rowing movements- strangely presses of any kind are fine... MSM and cissus are the 2 things I haven't done yet, so I'll probably try them first before anything else.

Will be looking to cruise into a cut before coming off with a strong PCT (subject to bloods being ok, which will be done week 16 via medichecks).
