215 lbs.
Just finished a cycle of Test-C 500mg/week, with var and winny at the front and back ends (4 weeks each). I realize that with that much test I retain too much water even with 1mg of Anastrole/wk.
My goals are changing to keep healthy while trying to cut down. I'm going to keep my calories at 1,500-2,000 realistically.
I've never ran Primo before. Going to run this for 20 weeks.
*EDIT - Dropped it down to 16 weeks instead of 20.
Will use anastrozole as AI at 1mg weekly.
What are your all's thoughts?

I would use winny as a finisher. primo gives you very lean and dry gains, no water retention at all. so bump the primo up to 600mg if you can, if not its not the end of the world and on winny watch out for your joints cause it drys it out a lot
I just dont know what to say anymore.these self made up ideas of compounds and dosages are very ´´special´´ .

Try to talk someone experienced would be good in person not only online.Stanozolol was 5 mg per tablet before so it would be 10 tablets per day just stanos that can show you how stupid is take that much for avg guy who is not even doing competition.
Yea, that's a good point. I have pharma grade 10mg pills. I could prob cut that dosage down.

Seems like a long time to be running an oral. Keep an eye on your liver. Especially if you recently ran other orals.
