Have done 1 short ester cycle (Test Prop @ 350mg/wk) and one Long ester cycle (Test E @ 500mg/wk)

Changes : Increase conditioning and volume in the gym. Im a powerlifter and have been working for maximal strength but now i'll be adding more bodybuilding style movements in and focusing on hypertrophy work. From what i have gathered this would suffice for lean gains. Any criticism is welcome.

For lean gains a lower npp works best(250}...350 for bulking. Get your ai! Caber is for nipple juice...ai for estro.. Keep on hand.

Most important rule, diet. If you cant master the diet all your future endeavors are a waste, gear wont help in this situation. The only thing you can note about your cycle is a little less water rentention. Best suggestion is to run a test e cycle with calories cut using body opus diet. Yes long ester t can provide a bad ass cut. Provided your diet is in check. Also at 26 some people frown on that age and gear... Not me though.

Second that need a.i atleast on hand cab and one of the adex or ami

I know this by starting myself at 22% bf now I am at 12%. Bulkings easy cuttings a bitch.
