Testo_enanthat cycle advise

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
Hello. I am 39 years old. My weight was before the cylce 79 kg and I am 180cm tall. My bodyfat was 8-10 %.
Now I am in week 12 of my cycle. My weight is up to 85 kg and bodyfat is the same.
I received Anavar 50 pieces of 50mg and Testo Propionat 10 ml (100mg).
First I only want to do an enanthate only cycle but now I am thinking about to use the anavar or the propionat aditionaly in this cycle.
What do you thing. Is there a good way to combine the propionat and/or the anavar in this cycle.
The cycle lenght should be 16 to 20 weeks. (I have enough enanthate on hand)

You don't keep an AI "on hand". You run it! Don't give the problem a chance to develop when you can keep it on check from the get go.
Also. That's good that you have HCG. This NOT a pct product!
Run your HCG at about 4 weeks at 250iu 2x wk. you are running a long cycle and will be shut down harder then you need to be and maker recovery harder then it needs to be if you choose not to run it. My .02
OP already stated he takes 0.5mg of Anastrozole EOD. I was advising he had a type 1 (irreversible) on hand, one that permanently bounds to estrogen unlike the type 2 he is currently running. I agree with what you said about HCG. Your input is valued

I come from Germany and here in the foren a lot of people say HCG is not necessary and even dangerous to use. I have HCG on hand and want to know how I could use it in this cycle in the best way?
The tapering you added is good.
The AI you have also seems like enough to stave off any ill effects of estrogen, however you should keep Aromasin on hand in case of gynocomastia flare up.
Now as for your questions on HCG. Many guys save it for the highly suppressive compounds (ie. Trenbolone/ Deca-Durabolin) for the usual 12 week Test E cycle many will not find it necessary, so long as a proper PCT is implemented. Seeing as your cycle will run 18 weeks, it will be more suppressive then a 12 week cycle. You may want to use HCG to kickstart your testes natural production of testosterone. If you were to use it, you would use it well before the start of your PCT. Usually the last two weeks of your cycle, at around 500IU's EOD. ( please do further research on dosage)
Also, I noticed your PCT started the week after your last injection. Normally with Test E, you would wait two weeks before starting PCT, with propionate, although it is a shorter Ester (and therefore half life) you should wait one week ( using nothing at all except AI and HCG) before starting PCT
Lastly, seeing as you still have the Anavar left over, my opinion is that you should use it to kick start your next cycle (4 weeks), and finish that cycle with a prop taper.

The Anavar is best left for a later cylce, IMO
Also I feel compelled to ask, are you running an AI along with the Test?
