Testing Xenical(Orlistat) for summer cutting.

3 obese friends who do not train or lift, lost between 10 to 15 lbs in one month after being prescribed Xenical by the doctor.
I decided why not, will test it for one month and see what happens.
Diet will remain the same high protein, low carb mild fat
Training will remain the same as well.
Currently no supps are being used
Heitght: 5.7 176 cm
Weight: 207 lbs 94 kg
BF: 15%
Taking one capsule per day with meals that have fat.

AnonThis stuff works by blocking some of the fat that your body can absorb. You really have to monitor your fat intake, eat too much and you will have oily greasy uncontrollable shits. Look up the side effects, not worth it imo.
It also blocks healthy fats so you are losing some benefits from that as well. There are better options to try and lose weight, its as simple as adjusting your diet.
I did look at the sides and a bunch of research papers, actually the fat that we need to produce testosterone will not be blocked the only fat blocked is what we dont need. Secondly this trains your body to suppress apeptite at the requirment cut off point. thirdly I am doing this from a purely research stand point, because with ECA I can cut 4 lbs at best, or with clen the same this has shown to work up to 15 lbs, So I want to know what is the deal here really, otherwise I am actually not fat so not really worried bout weight loss here.
AnonSo which fat is blocked? If it only blocked trans fat then I would agree this may be valuable. But its easy enough to eliminate that from your diet in the first place if you research ingredients. Pretty sure this stuff blocks saturated fats, which helps boost testosterone. How does this stuff suppress your appetite?

Secondly this allows for you to keep the current cutting diet that you have but get more from it, for example using this, I dont have to switch from chicken leg to chicken breast.
Again as I mentioned above this is purely done to see what the effects are, I am not doing this to lose weight or because I Have no other option, I truly would like to see what will the results be. As I mentioned, 3 very obese friends who do not work out lost 15 to 10 lbs with minor changes to their diet and taking this, so I want to know what will happen.
