TestE, Dbol & Tren cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I trained naturally for 6 years going from 180lbs to 230 lbs. Currently standing on 227 lbs with bf at around 17-18%. I´m 6'4 and 26y. After I reached 230lbs naturally, I was a fat f**k so I dieted down to 200lbs and have worked my way back up slowly from there. I have used gear for 2,5-3y now with the longest cycle being 20 weeks. I mainly stay off cycle as long (or longer) than what I´m on the cycle. This has helped my body recover well, even though I have to admit I didn´t use any pct for my first cycle (test only 250mg/week).
Previous cycles have included: Sust,Var,Deca,Win (and Arimidex + nolva).
Now looking to take a smart approach to my first - a little bit harsher - cycle. I plan to run Dbol and Tren separately so I know which steroid is causing sides if they appear + I can monitor how my body reacts to each better that way. Cycle length is 10 weeks and doses are conservative. My last cycle was 6 months ago.

Hey bro was reading this and just wanted to chime in, I’m fairly new to gear and am on only my fourth cycle, but wanted to say that I myself tried things separatly to see how my body would take. Any constructive input I could give would be keep a close eye on your estrogen when adding dbol to the test and one thing you cannot account for when doing them separate is the “ synergistic “ effect that occurs when all compounds are stacked. I had tried dbol with test than did Tren ace with test both separately and both compounds give me added strength, however stacking them all together is when the magic happened. Be careful, take it slow and stick to Tren ace so if the sides come you can adjust quickly. I had tried a TRI TREn mix and the long Esther’s hit me completely different than ace did. Good luck

As you are an old member on this forum, I respect your advice and viewpoints. But saying I don´t know what I´m doing is going a little bit overboard. I´ve been training 8 years total now and currently also have coach to look out for my training and diet - not a pt, but an actual bb coach - . I discuss my cycles with him and if there´s something I want to confirm, I seek opinions on forums like these.

It might be true that my cycles and especially PCT isn´t what you like to see or use yourself, but in the end every body is different and hence I will keep the elements that have worked so far and try new things as well. I will take your advice on cutting and whether it´s test/provi or test/primo etc. will be decided later. You probably understand that since internet is anonymous anyone can say anything and it´s my job to pick the advice that I think is best for me based on facts, science and experience.

E.g. you posted a topic on injecting quads which some will say is not the place where you ever want to inject due to nerve endings and the possibility of infecting the whole leg. Rather, you should inject glutes and shoulders (this was from Dave Palumbo on Rxmuscle). This just as an example on how people will always have different opinions.

I would really appreciate that when you give me negative feedback, you´d explain what I´m doing wrong and how it should be done instead based on facts. That fat% info was good, but in the end the facts were posted by someone else. Then it´s up to me to customize any theory to my own use or use it as it is.

Good info Datdude. I was thinking of starting Tren tgt with Dbol exactly because of what you said. If I end up doing it, I´ll pin TestE and Tren at the same time E3D for the first 2-3 weeks for optimal blood levels. This just because the test hasn´t had time to compound yet. After that I can switch to TestE 1 x week and Tren E2D. We´ll see. I might also make this into a shorter cycle (8weeks) so I can take a break and then do a mini-cut before heading for my christmas vacation. It´s always good to have choices, right... Biggrin

I respect your opinion. As for cutting, I think it´s a personal choice on how high you wanna go with bf before cutting. I don´t look fat and thus am willing to go into higher calories for that additional 10 weeks. My diet is actually very clean and I take nutrition seriously. It´s way more important than any gear I can put into my body. As for the pct, there are many ways to go at it. Some don´t use hcg, some run it while on a cycle, some start it on the 3rd last week and so on. If you have a pct-plan that is surely better than this, please let me know! I would greatly appreciate it. This particular pct just has worked for me in the past so figured it would work again.

As for Tren, the sides suck for sure!! I just don´t know if I´ll get them since I haven´t ever tried it. Trust me, I don´t prioritize gear, ever. Even now that I´ve been off for 6 months, I´ve steadily grown stronger and trained hard while watching my diet.

There is actually scientific proof of why you need to be cognizant of your bodyfat if you are trying to maximize gains. Pushing higher levels of bodyfat just puts on more fat and less muscle when trying to bulk.

Thank you for posting this! This was new information for me especially now with the added range of bf% that I hadn´t read about before. I stand corrected. This will greatly help me for sure.

Thanks for your input! Yeah it´s definitely an intense cycle and that´s why I´ll go with low doses to see if I can handle it. The Tren def. isn´t something to take lightly so I will monitor my bloods and body continuously.

I was thinking of pinning Hcg 10-11 days after my last test-E pin. But I like the way you do it letting the test clear our first or at least go a lot lower. Makes a lot of sense especially with a longer ester. I will consider that option! While you´re waiting for the test to clear, are you running clomid or nolva?

I forgot to include Adex in the chart but I do have that at hand if I have any issues. In the past I have done Adex at 0,5mg E3D during a heavier cycle.
